So I started a new job around the same time as you and what you said about not knowing everything is so true. I went from a job I’d started as an after school job and then worked there full time through my early 20’s. Now I’m 25 and starting a new job and I’m struggling not knowing everything.
However, I also relate to what you said about the work place vibe. My new workplace feels so supportive and like they really care about their staff and it’s so refreshing.

Any tips on starting a new job in a role new to you? 😊
My biggest tip is to not be afraid to ask questions and also have patience with yourself- you're not expected to know everything straight away so just be kind with yourself 🤍
