    Your emphasis on fuel costs in the middle 50’s is just wrong. In 1955 regular cost 24.9 and premium 27.9. Fuel costs were not a major concern for car buyers.

    The 1958 Buick had 85 feet of chrome when removed and laid end to end.

    the fifties were marked by gas wars
    where gad Sold for as little as 13.9 cents per gallon of Gass. Not bad when one compares it to the$3.99 per gallon I paid last week!!

    This is a very repetitive video where the narrator repeats his observations over and over. Some of the observations about fuel economy and performance were inaccurate and aren't in touch with the reality of the times in which these cars were made. Just come out and say that they were dumpy-looking, underpowered, gimmicky, way too large or small, and generally just kind of ugly. The video would have been half as long!

    You know, if you didn't spend so much time repeating yourself over and over and over again, this could have been much shorter and a lot more interesting. You spent too long making it too long.

    I've never heard anyone repeat himself in so many different way over and over again about the same thing. Get on with it for crying out loud. How many times can you rabbit on about the same thing?

    I wonder why many of the cars have foreign license plates
