    Maybe a warning label on that jumping guillotine? Especially when there is a lower risk option using sumi gaeshi

    This leg drag mat return is Very similar to what we call in wrestling a hip heist. Slightly different maneuver but close to the same thing

    Hi Firas just curious if you've been following the ufc fighter. Shavkat Rakmanov. What are your thoughts of his skills. In comparison to Khamzat? He is 15-0 15finishes. I think that future matchup would be legendary.

    If you guys want a perfect example of escaping a guillotine by a black belt in a professional competition watch Khabib vs Poirier, this happened.
    Except that Khabib's camp said he did it intentionally to exhaust Poirier's arms which he did since he ended the fight right after the guillotine attempt.

    Alhumdulilah u have strong thighs, also i saw ur video of u training with mohammed hijab have u ever rolled properly together as hes won a few competitions in bjj and is big but obviously ur more experienced, would be interesting to see how it went
