7:17 Coach, that transition to the arm bar is amazing. Ty for showing me the details
When firas releases a roll narration, first I grab a cup of coffee, then I get comfortable and prepare myself to pause and rewind multiple times
To add to Mark D philosophic content is actually the best content 😃

Maybe a warning label on that jumping guillotine? Especially when there is a lower risk option using sumi gaeshi

Very helpful coach 🙏
Excellent clip
Coach, what's your opinion on locked hands vs unlocked hands for double legs? Can you make a video about that? It would be great! I hope you are well. 🙏
Great discussion, didn't know you had to lift the opposite leg of the guillotine choke first!
2:10 on the leg drag takedown, I think it’s important to let viewers know that in this case your right knee should penetrate through your training partners legs
Excellent

COACHHH FOR HOW LONG WILL THE DISCOUNT CODE BE AVAILABLE FOR THE LONDON SEMINAR, I WANTED TO WAIT UNTIL THE STRENGTHENING BACK INSTRUCTIONAL IS OUT SO I CAN BUY THEM BOTH WITH THE DISCOUNT CODE, WOULD THIS BE POSSIBLE OR ARE U GOING TO BE RELEASING A SPECIAL DISCOUNT CODE FOR BUYING BOTH AT THE SAME TIME AS A PACKAGE DEAL? Jazkallah hope to hear from you before the discount code runs out lol

Hi Firas just curious if you've been following the ufc fighter. Shavkat Rakmanov. What are your thoughts of his skills. In comparison to Khamzat? He is 15-0 15finishes. I think that future matchup would be legendary.
Did you ever did a shuck video?
If you guys want a perfect example of escaping a guillotine by a black belt in a professional competition watch Khabib vs Poirier, this happened.
Except that Khabib's camp said he did it intentionally to exhaust Poirier's arms which he did since he ended the fight right after the guillotine attempt.
This is a sign for Poirier
😮👊🏾🥊
Hey coach, I havent been keeping up with the channel lately- last time i heard lockdowns were a pain for the gym. Is that still the case?
