I think you got it going on...all you need is your Spark. I don't know if they were correct, but they said 2 day shipping, is that possible? Can't wait
And it also works with the DJI Goggles. Its a pity that DJI used a Micro USB connector on the Remote for the Spark. The Mavic has a full type A USB port so all data cables for Android and iPhone are usable. Make sure you are careful what cable and adapter you use the host in this case is the RC controller not the smartphone. I can only use this connection to fly the Spark. Wifi on an iPhone is that unreliable that it is un-flyable.
For the cord fix, try using an android tablet if you have one. The cord will be out of the way and you’ll have the added advantage of a bigger screen for flying.
Just received my DJI Spark a few days ago and I am presently utilizing the same method with my Android 8 Active, however, I am using a shorter cord & it has worked flawlessly. Thx for your info, I have subscribed and am looking forward to future videos. Have a good one!
Apparently DJI was proud of their wireless technology that they did not disclose you can hardwire with a cable from your device to the RC. But...this seems to be the best solution for the best connection. Sad they did not include a cable to begin with. If you happen to find a good cable that is elegant to plug in to this...please post the link of where to get it. Thanks.
Thank you so much for your very informative video I really enjoy watching the videos they are down to earth and to the point! I have a question regarding the spark a little bit off-topic if I can ask you? I am using the DJI spark with the latest firmware update everything is perfect I'm using it with an OTG cable as you showed in your video, I don't believe it's working properly maybe you can shed some light on it? When I take the Drone up to the say 150 ft, and I decide I want to bring it down and I push and hold the left stick in mode 2 to begin a descent if I continue to hold a stick down it seems like the Drone comes down at a quicker pace and the only way to stop the rapid descent is to push the left stick past halfway and then it will throttle back up and eventually stabilize pretty much what I'm saying is if I continue to hold the stick down it will drop and if I let go of the stick and allow the radio to RECenter the Drone will continue to descend and eventually hit the grass! The only way to stop this descent is to push up on the left stick past halfway like I explained I'm sorry for the long winded description but it's the only way that I can fully explain to you what's going on?.
Thanks for this report and demo. Are you able to connect the Spark Controller to your iPhone via USB? I'm wondering if I can use a standard micro USB-to-USB cable plugged to an Apple lightning-to-USB Camera Adapter to go between the Controller and the iPhone.
BigBallVlogs it was mad distracting. If you need it on, assign a button you can reach while talking to the camera when you need to pull focus. Or check your lens, or software, it may be misfiring like you said. Props to the quality info tho; dji needs to keep up on this 👌🏽
It's probably better to bump the ISO a little, set a higher aperture and turn off auto focus so your viewers don't feel motion sickness whilst you are sat down.
If you don't want to use the bottom connector you can also buy a new cable for the side. I had the same problem with my mavic. turns out, the original cable that came with my mavic was faulty and would not let my S8 connect to the controller. the new cable I bought was exactly the same as the original. I have no more disconnect problems
Another option to deal with the cable protrusion is to look at the MavMount system. It's a machined aluminum base that goes in the phone clamp part of the controller, with an adjustable position mounting for a phone or tablet. I have one for my Spark, and like that I can set the angle for best viewing, while keeping the controller in a comfortable hand position.
Hi there, great video. very informative. Would you please check if you can use a 2.5G wifi phone in Spark but instead of using wifi (because 2.5 wont connect to spark) can you try connecting USB data cable instead. Thanks. hope to hear from you soon.
So why does DJI say this voids the warranty when it seems like an excellent solution? Will this help with interference on practice flights when I fly in the house when I have other devices accepting my home WIFI connection?
+JPVideos I can but the cable connection to the phone should not effect distance. the drone is connected to the remote so as long as the drone can communicate remote distance wise you the remote can send that signal to your phone. In previous range test with the p3s it would keep flying while my signal was dropped to the phone. When got a signal back by moving the antenna it had flown 100 yards.. I personally don't recommend trying to stretch the battey on this trying to fly miles. when it goes it goes fast so a head wind on this tiny thing may keep it from making it back.
So the cable connection basically provides a better video feed to the phone? I own a p3s and the live feed over wifi is glitchy when I get several hundred feet away.
nice video, just ordered a 90 degree micro USB to straight micro USB OTG cable from newegg. the reason this works is because without the cable, the controller and phone are connected through a wifi connection.... the cable makes it a hard wired connection instead. much the same as the difference between using a Wifi connection versus wired connection for your home internet setup. while a Wifi connection generally works really well, a wired connection is almost always much stronger.
OneManOneCamera F8 is an extremely high aperture and will result in really heavily overexposed images, and it also doesn't dictate whether or not the camera focuses better, that's on the user of the camera.
+AJ I sort of did a range test with the Mav in a previous video. I have the reflective signal booster but I'm thinking of doing an antenna mod like I did with the Phantom 3.
I did that and broke the OTG adapter where it connects to the controller. Fortunately it didn't damage the controller. Next time I try that I'll try to put tape over the connection to protect it from bending/breaking.
So, hmm just to clarify... If I can connect my phone to the spark, bur my RC wont connect to my phone, can I use the RC while it's connected to my phone despite not being connected to the wifi?
Great tip but y do u keep ur main camera in auto focus... damn imma have seizure with all that auto focusing... throw that camera on manual focus so ur lens isn’t constantly focusing...
I also use a OTG on my Sony Xperia Z5 with Android. Its important to use the original USB Cable from ur Phone with the OTG. The white Cable from DJI does not work with the OTG.
Thank you for your good tip ... I have my Spark for several weeks now and am learning more and more and I did not know this. Do you have your mobile internet? (3g / 4g) or do you also turn it off? Greetings from Holland.
Hi one thing I found out about using the mini usb port on the Spark control and that is you need the cable adapter that comes with the Phantom 4 plus that adapter needs to be plug into the controller not the phone in order for it to work. Rick
BigBallVlogs I'm ordering the adapter from your link. And I'm going to order the phone holder. Will I need a special cable as well or will my Samsung micro usb work?
What is the benefit of having a cable between the Remote control and the mobile device? I see some people doing this, but I flew yesterday without a cable between my RC and my smartphone and it was no problem.
+Amaury De Cocqueau with android phones the connection would disconnect randomly. The cable provided a connection that didn't need wifi. I didn't have the issues with my iPhone.
Thanks for the video =) so i guess i will always connect via cable to the smartphone (as almost like the guys do with the mavic). Do you know if the smartphone (android) went in DoNotDisturb Mode once DJI Go4 is activated?
Great video. Question, in your opinion, which drone do you think is more worth the money? The Spark? Or The Mavic? Cause I have been hearing some horror stories about the Kimble issues with the Mavic? I would love to hear your views. And also, will this same plug work with the Mavic?
+gemster18 I never had any issues. I'm not saying they don't happen I'm just saying dont let them be a factor. My opinion is the Mavic offers more value.
+DEEs NUTs deeval not enough to make a difference. What you get is a solid connection. I was fly with out the cable and I kept getting like a one second delay with the iPhone my android S7 disconnected every minute or so. Boy he were fixed with the cable. Funny name Dees Nuts...😊
The reason the device keeps connection better and you no longer lose signal is because you are not relying on your phones Wi-Fi. When you are connected to the controller you are actually using the OcuSync Transmission System from the controller and piping the information directly to your phone.
Hi bro. Thanks for the nice idea connecting remote and phone without wifi. I tried the way you showed in your video. But it didn't work. Please give me some detail tips.
Another reason why your phone ipad or tablet well work when you plug into the micro usb which I notice on the dji.com page and that is if you read what you need to connect DJI Goggles - HDMI (Type A) Female to HDMI (Type C) Male Adaptor
Hello, bought mine last week (havent known about the mavic air, maybe I send mine back). I got a question: I want to use active track will skiing off piste (skitouring). I think I need the rc and the phone to activate active track, but for skiing I have to put it away. Then the sticks of the rc could start to control the spark, while I'm on my way down. Would it work, if I bring the spark in position, pack the rc safe in the bag (sticks locked), but a connected long otg cable to my phone I could use for activating active track and recording a video, and then screen of and in my pocket while going down. Do you understand my problem (no keylock on the rc) and do you think this would be a solution for this kind of problem. Phone as rc doesnt work due to the 100m problem... thanks for the video and answering my question.
Personally I dont trust active track that much to not have my had on the stop button when using it. We used it to track RC cars and it lost them and locked on to other thing and went flying in that direction. The only way I would do it is have some one following with the controller in case it looses you
BigBallVlogs thank you for your fast answer and your advice. Still hope it works, snow has more contrast maybe it works... maybe not 😉 Greethings from Austria
I'm a newbie in what I bought my mavic last month in haven't flown it yet thinking about getting a spark as well for my business use both drones but any was it's all ways something new popping up with these drown I guess I need to get mine up in the air in play around with it thanks for the tip
I just bought a Spark with the Fly More package. While setting it up, the drone LED's all turned solid red and the drone won't do anything. Any idea what this means and how to fix it?
try cutting the cables and soldering in very tiny cables, let the ground and positive be unsoldered and insolate them so they wont drain your battery, that should be good
Another Question: i´ve got the same one (white fly more combo) and recognized, there´s a microUSB port on the tripple charger. But once I´ve put there a micro USB cable in (and the other end to a powerbank supporting QuickCharge3 or any random USB wall charger) the LED of the charger flashs green (for a half second), then red LED appears and nothing happens. Argh! Is that the same for your device? Any idea if this tripple charger from the fly more combo is NOT designed to charge batteries on the go? :( that would be sad cause won´t buy an additional DJI powerbank or "extra charger" ^^
+LEJ Copteros I think the charger needs the power supply if you are charging not than on battery because cell chargers can very in output. When i tried on battery and a my s7 fast charger it worked. You may also be able to use it with a car charger
Good job! Thanks for sharing, very clear. I'm new to Spark and have struggled a bit getting all the connection elements working. I'll try a shorter USB cable, but like the reliability of cable, for such a short distance task. Keep up the good work!
i use a note 3 and the phoen starts to charge the controller killing my phone.. also the otg does not work with the 2018 update.. so how do i fix this?
Thanks for this video! I didn't realize Android's had a connectivity issue. Do you recommend a cable that you mentioned that would connect to the Android and the remote more securely?
Having problems, with my s8 too.. Quick shots don't work the way there suppose to.. have u had any luck with helix mode??? It looses track of me half way through.... cheers
+Jaime Jaramillo My quick shit work just not correctly. The drone doesn't climb, the helix does like a half orbit, and the distance adjust doesn't work. I'm doing to try again now that I have updated the firmware again with assistant.
I''m using a Huawei Mate 9 on Android 7, and using the OTG from Micro USB to my Type -C connector , apparently , I just couldn't get the connectivity as per your setup to the Spark remote controller. Do you know what's the issue here ?
+KS Chan sorry i don't. I have an S7. Try stopping go4. Power up the remote and let it connect. While on your home screen plus in the phone and first then the Otg. It should ask what app should be default for this device and give your options from all your drone software. Select one. After you will have to delete the app default to use a different software. Hope it helps
Thanks for the quick reply ....When I connect the USB, the phone prompt me to choose USB for one of the 5 options (1).Charge only , (2) . Device file manager (MTP) Use your computer to transfer and manage files , (3). Camera (PTP) Let you transfer photos using camera software and transfer any files on computers that don't support MTP (4). Reverse Charging , charge the other connected device (5). MIDI, use device for MIDI input . I have tried all 5 none of them works ....is that my phone App issues ?
Ok Clarification. So do you have to have cell service on your phone in order to use this feature? and if so, you cannot use it up in the mountains, foreign country with no "bars," etc, etc?
thx for video. just quick question i can fly just around 100m with otg any idea what can be wrong. altitude is 500m. When i reach 100m or so i loosing signal. any idea why?
I bought the OTG Cable, But, when I try to connect in my Iphone 6plus, This message apperar to me: "this accessory may not be supported". Now I don't know if the problem is the OTG cable or in Iphone Lightening cable... anybody have any idea what I have to do? Tks.
hey good review so you are having issues before using android wifi connected to spark as well? I'm afraid to fly it far bc of that issue. i really didnt wanan spend extra buying the controller
good video, thanks! -as for the better connection... maybe the cabled connection uses the controllers antenna rather than the little built-in antenna on the phone... not sure but just a thought
I got the USB cable connection to work with the Spark Remote Controller > iPhone 6 Plus. Here's the signal path and the two connectors I used to make a custom wire harness. Spark Controller > Insignia OTG Micro USB to USB Type-A Adapter > Belkin MIXIT USB Type-A to 90-Degree (right angle) Lightning Cable > iPhone 6 Plus Route the right angle Lighting plug through the left-hand Controller arm so the cable will neatly tuck upward and back after it's plugged in to the iPhone. The Belkin MIXIT cable is 48" long so you'll have to coil the extra cable under the iPhone with a 10" piece of harness loop to keep everything neat. Secure iPhone in the Controller's Mobile Device Clamp. Plug the 90-Degree Lightning end of the harness into the iPhone. Here's the power up sequence and how to make the connection. iPhone WiFi is OFF. • Power up Remote Controller • Power up Spark • Turn on DJI Go 4 • Plug the Micro USB end of the harness into the Controller. Dismiss error message "This accessory may not be supported". You should now see the RC Connected icon on the app screen in the lower left. Touch "Start Flight" and you should be RTG. If you can see the camera view on your screen you're all set. Go Fly Your Drone!
Good videos! You don't try to be funny or cute and you're information is to the point and clear. Great information. Thanks!
Thank's for the mention:) Glad it's working for you.
I think you got it going on...all you need is your Spark. I don't know if they were correct, but they said 2 day shipping, is that possible? Can't wait
Next week! Imagine....
My estimated delivery is today is 18:00 right now and still waiting :(

Thanks for the tip. What if you forget to turn off the Wifi but have the cable connected. Which connection takes precedence? The cable or the Wifi?
For the cord fix, try using an android tablet if you have one. The cord will be out of the way and you’ll have the added advantage of a bigger screen for flying.

You need a right angled connector on a USB cable. They're pretty cost effective. Just check amazon.
Awesome! Everyone always shows the OTG working with iPhones, first video I've seen using android. Thanks for posting! Now I REALLY want a Spark!!
Does the spark say "Takeoff" like the phantom and mavic
😄 yes
Apparently DJI was proud of their wireless technology that they did not disclose you can hardwire with a cable from your device to the RC. Did you ever find another type of cable to use that will not be in the way with your hand in controlling the remote?
Thank you so much for your very informative video I really enjoy watching the videos they are down to earth and to the point! +Kevin Barnard I keep trying to test this but I keep getting busy. I will have a video up later that has the answer
Thanks for the tip, if I may suggest one for you , please turn off auto focus on your video
+Mark B I need it to be on but I think I had it's set on multi point focus and continuous by mistake.

Why you posting bad codes, scammer?
Josef Roesler what do you mean bad code? I keep seeing people putting these things up.
If you don't want to use the bottom connector you can also buy a new cable for the side. I had the same problem with my mavic. turns out, the original cable that came with my mavic was faulty and would not let my S8 connect to the controller. the new cable I bought was exactly the same as the original. Wondering if iPhone can also have cable connection? Without wifi
dont know if u noticed but in the midle of the screen there is a blue circle, think ur camera has dust or smudge on the lens ?
I have a DJI spark just got it for Christmas and i use a Samsung with it and i was wondering how the quality looks when the drone is in the sky???
Another option to deal with the cable protrusion is to look at the MavMount system. It's a machined aluminum base that goes in the phone clamp part of the controller, with an adjustable position mounting for a phone or tablet. I have one for my Spark, and like that I can set the angle for best viewing, while keeping the controller in a comfortable hand position.

So why does DJI say this voids the warranty when it seems like an excellent solution? Will this help with interference on practice flights when I fly in the house when I have other devices accepting my home WIFI connection?
can you do a flight test to see if distance is increased?
+JPVideos I can but the cable connection to the phone should not effect distance. the drone is connected to the remote so as long as the drone can communicate remote distance wise you the remote can send that signal to your phone. In previous range test with the p3s it would keep flying while my signal was dropped to the phone. When got a signal back by moving the antenna it had flown 100 yards.. So the cable connection basically provides a better video feed to the phone? I own a p3s and the live feed over wifi is glitchy when I get several hundred feet away.
+JPVideos I think it does. I don't get the wifi latency but I still get glitches if I am not pointing the transmitter in the direction of the drone.
Hey does the spark say "Takeoff" like PH4 and Mavic Pro
On Amazon, you can pick up a stubby cable for the DJI for about 7 bucks. Its only 8 inched long so no extra cable to interfere with the fun..
nice video, just ordered a 90 degree micro USB to straight micro USB OTG cable from newegg. the reason this works is because without the cable, the controller and phone are connected through a wifi connection.... the cable makes it a hard wired connection instead. much the same as the difference between using a Wifi connection versus wired connection for your home internet setup. while a Wifi connection generally works really well, a wired connection is almost always much stronger.
If the drone losses connectivity does it automatically return home?
Does this method work with iPhone prbly not since apple locks down all there stuff
Do this make this adapter for the iphone 6s plus and works with DJI Spark? I do have a 8 inch samsung Tab s2 adroid tablet.
Please Why my RC disconnecte with my drone ? What I should do?
Can you make a video of how far you can go with and without it? I can only go about 1200ft with my spark sad.
Did you ever find a right angle cable for it? I have a S8+
Bro please tell me you know how to fix the connection problem with the rc
Do you have to still connect the rc and phone by WiFi in addition to use the cable OTG?
Enjoy the drone!
On bright days, shooting in manual mode is pretty easy. Set the camera to F8 or higher and pretty much everything is in focus.
+OneManOneCamera thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try.
OneManOneCamera F8 is an extremely high aperture and will result in really heavily overexposed images, and it also doesn't dictate whether or not the camera focuses better, that's on the user of the camera.
Does the Spark remote have another OTG Plug Port on the side top Left? As the Remote on TomTop Site shows the Cable in a different place?
+SpookieNZL No just one in the back. That may be for the mavic
did you try turning off the cache?
What is the cable called ? Just got a spark and have s7 edge.
+CONSCIOUS COLLECTIVE it's not cable it's the otg plug
Can you do a review on the range boosters that you can buy? I'd love to see a range test of the mavic pro!
+AJ I sort of did a range test with the Mav in a previous video. I have the reflective signal booster but I'm thinking of doing an antenna mod like I did with the Phantom 3.
The cable works for me but it doesnt show the batter\y and it doesnt use its gps to come back to me. Why is that?
I did that and broke the OTG adapter where it connects to the controller. Fortunately it didn't damage the controller. Next time I try that I'll try to put tape over the connection to protect it from bending/breaking.
Does this work with iPhone? Can I buy OTG adapter and use it with iPhone cable?
Do they have drones with a 360 degree video camera?
So, hmm just to clarify... If I can connect my phone to the spark, bur my RC wont connect to my phone, can I use the RC while it's connected to my phone despite not being connected to the wifi?
Great tip but y do u keep ur main camera in auto focus... damn imma have seizure with all that auto focusing... throw that camera on manual focus so ur lens isn’t constantly focusing...

Hi one thing I found out about using the mini usb port on the Spark control and that is you need the cable adapter that comes with the Phantom 4 plus that adapter needs to be plug into the controller not the phone in order for it to work. Rick
+hAMrADIOrICK I'm not. I tried with my dongle stuck in the phone on the first attempt and it it did not work. The P4 may have a different cable.
BigBallVlogs I'm ordering the adapter from your link. And I'm going to order the phone holder. Will I need a special cable as well or will my Samsung micro usb work?
ordered the adapter from your link....
+Scott Moorhead I use my phone cable.
BigBallVlogs Man you saved me a boat load of money! Was about to order a ipad mini because of connectivity issues. Thanks! Subscribed
How bout buy a mount for you phone there are so many that will move the phone over the controller
What type of cable will I need for this?
What is the benefit of having a cable between the Remote control and the mobile device? I see some people doing this, but I flew yesterday without a cable between my RC and my smartphone and it was no problem.

BigBallVlogs thanks!! I am having a Xiaomi mi6... Is there any cable on the market that does micro USB to usb-c?
I use the OTG and my cell cable or gopro but I did see some aftermarket cables for the mavic that had those connections.
Thanks for the video =) so i guess i will always connect via cable to the smartphone (as almost like the guys do with the mavic).
Do you know if the smartphone (android) went in DoNotDisturb Mode once DJI Go4 is activated?
+LEJ Copteros mine does not. I have to turn it on for it to work
I would actually like a hand with making this connection, i have a otg adaptor that came with my s7... But i cannot make the connection, any tips?
there are some 90degree cables in amazon.
Does the dji spark have zoom?

that is otg that came with my S7

I just bought a Spark with the Fly More package. While setting it up, the drone LED's all turned solid red and the drone won't do anything. Any idea what this means and how to fix it?
do it say gps disconnect? reset and try again?
Hey BigBall, thanks for great video. I have an of topic question if u dont mind. What´s the brand and model on you sunglasses? look really nice ;)
try cutting the cables and soldering in very tiny cables, let the ground and positive be unsoldered and insolate them so they wont drain your battery, that should be good
Another Question: i´ve got the same one (white fly more combo) and recognized, there´s a microUSB port on the tripple charger.
What kind of watch are you wearing?
You can do directly recording on iPhone, just do screen recording
I think the problem is the lack of support DJI gives for their software including phone support. I'm having issues with a galazy S8+
+Tom Lee this fixed my connection issue. It made is a solid connection
BigBallVlogs Does the OTG adapter you linked in your description work for Galaxy S8+?
No, S8+ has USB type C, so you need an OTG dongle with one of those.
It looks like the camera zoom is going in and out all over the place or the camera is shaking or something
+Floyd Outdoors its the AF
i use a note 3 and the phoen starts to charge the controller killing my phone.. also the otg does not work with the 2018 update.. so how do i fix this?
What cable are you useing .
Does anyone have the name of or links for adapters to use with iPhone 7 plus?
Very good tip - I was wondering if it was worth doing. thanks
I see a JJRC Pro 175 or 200 on the table. I have one of each. Did you do a review on it??? Great videos!
+D Pulley I didn't i don't know much about racing drone so I don't want to do a review yet. I just wanted to try flying fpv.
Thanks for this video! I didn't realize Android's had a connectivity issue. Do you recommend a cable that you mentioned that would connect to the Android and the remote more securely?
+Lizzy Wong I use a cable with my android all the time and have a solid connection.
BigBallVlogs let me know please how u make out... I have the same problems
My first DJI is coming in the mail in a few days thanks for the heads up. I have a Galaxy S6 edge I'm hoping it will work fine with that.
Which watch are you wearing?
whys the picture keep moving in and out?...is that auto focus?
+Rob Simpson yes I had it on multi point focus and it was trying to keep everything in focus
Ok, apart from that, excellent video !...
Ok Clarification. So do you have to have cell service on your phone in order to use this feature? and if so, you cannot use it up in the mountains, foreign country with no "bars," etc, etc?
+Rusty Shackleford No it's over Wifi not cell.
Did you start a new channel ???
I am using Galaxy S8 and when i do this my phone crashes. Not just the app. Any ideas?
thx for video. just quick question i can fly just around 100m with otg any idea what can be wrong. altitude is 500m. When i reach 100m or so i loosing signal. any idea why?
Does this trick work with the iPhone?
I bought the OTG Cable, But, when I try to connect in my Iphone 6plus, This message apperar to me: "this accessory may not be supported". Now I don't know if the problem is the OTG cable or in Iphone Lightening cable... anybody have any idea what I have to do? Tks.
Do you have to buy the otg cable or does it come with?
may try using a tablet mount and putting your phone in that it would change the angle of wire and keep it out the way
+mikedproductions that what I'm thinking .
I don't have or use a smartphone of any type. Is it possible to use an I-pod?
if it can run the app
hey good review
so you are having issues before using android wifi connected to spark as well? I'm afraid to fly it far bc of that issue. i really didnt wanan spend extra buying the controller
+heffries the phone is limit and the connection to my Android was in and out.
good video, thanks!
-as for the better connection... maybe the cabled connection uses the controllers antenna rather than the little built-in antenna on the phone... not sure but just a thought
Is that a race quad with a DJI Naza setup?
No Just something I picked up to learn drone racing. Im not good at it at all
I got the USB cable connection to work with the Spark Remote Controller > iPhone 6 Plus. Here's the signal path and the two connectors I used to make a custom wire harness.
Spark Controller > Insignia OTG Micro USB to USB Type-A Adapter > Belkin MIXIT USB Type-A to 90-Degree (right angle) Lightning Cable > iPhone 6 Plus
Route the right angle Lighting plug through the left-hand Controller arm so the cable will neatly tuck upward and back after it's plugged in to the iPhone.
• Power up Remote Controller
• Power up Spark
• Turn on DJI Go 4
• Plug the Micro USB end of the harness into the Controller. Dismiss error message "This accessory may not be supported". You should now see the RC Connected icon on the app screen in the lower left. Touch "Start Flight" and you should be RTG. If you can see the camera view on your screen you're all set. Go Fly Your Drone!
Anyone got any tips on how to connect a USB type C phone? I have a Google Pixel XL.
is this still a problem?
kind of hate to do the work around, but maybe with soft and firmware updates now it should be working fine right?
