    These 4 exercises are fantastic for general mobility. Hitting the ankles, knees, hips, back, chest, shoulders, and neck as well as getting the legs working 💪
    This quick routine solves and avoids a lot of common problems.
    These 4 are a part of my regular pre-lifting routine and also my mobility routine on a rest day. If I was short on time, these are the 4 I would choose from the 12-15 movements I would do.
    Ideal as a:
    Quick golf warm up
    Quick weight-lifting warm up
    Quick gym warm up
    Quick tennis warm up
    Quick football warm up
    Quick rugby warm up
    Quick BJJ warm up
    Basically an effective and quick way to warm up for sport and activity as well as life. A good general mobility practice hitting most areas.
    At the end i outline regressions for anyone who struggles with initial exercises.
