walter mattson yeah some of that stuff was covered when they tore the school down I guess. It was definitely a mix of different soil types. Thanks again
Brandon, YOU are the king of rock and dirt brother! Big difference after you massage those yards, nice job! That builder is lucky to have you and your talent making such an improvement to all the properties. Work safe, my best to Mrs. Elite too Doug@ the "ranch"
You using the Preparator is like a painter using a good brush...very nice finish!! I see some street 'grinding and paving prep' going on in the background, the neighborhood is getting shined up!
You have done a great job on spreading and Finishing more Yards I love ❤️ your video 📷 the are best thing I can't wait for the video 📷 #EliteEarthworks
The takeuchi fr series excavators are amazing. To bad they don't build in us anymore. The takeuchi track loaders will rattle your teeth from your head , took a tl6 on demo , visibility is terrible, not sure why they install radio can't it even on idle , Windows and door rattles , controls have no resistance, sloppy. Bought 2 bobcat t595 . With roller suspension, ride control . Can talk on your phone at full rpm . Rides like a caddy .
Ron Topping yeah the fr were great! The Takeuchi aren’t for everyone lol they’re rigid tough machines! My door rattles and the suspension is solid like running a dozer but I wouldn’t have anything else. My 250 is true pilot controls no electric over hydraulic just straight hydraulic so very responsive. It’s now got 7300 hours with no problems
He took us out with a bucket of dirt, used his dirty t-shirt and pulled a logger wade then never once asked if we were OK! I feel so OFFENDED, it's all good i gave the video a thumbs up!
Too bad the crew wasn’t there to clean it up for you. Speaking of crew... nice to have one for a change! And about that buckets-eye view... was about to fall out of my chair... thank goodness the dirt
Do you particularly like running the mini ex over the skid steer? Just in my opinion is seems like you use it in several areas where the skid would do the job faster 🤷🏼♂️ Always nice work though!
I like the skid more but sometimes you do less damage with the excavator and are able to stay inside where you are working plus I’ve ran a skid almost everyday for the last 20 years so I guess it’s a nice change of pace
Was that old landscape fabric you pulled out of the dirt? BTW grass seed experts apparently always spread seed before the preperator work is done, right?
Dale Premo yeah it may have been the silt fencing when they were doing the curbs. Lol that’s true on the seeders. I think they were wanting to be done for the day lol
david bailey no no one screens topsoil around here. They just scrap the dirt out of a field, load it in the truck and send it. I would love to buy a screener though
Are you licensed to install septic tanks? I am thinking I want to get licensed in North Carolina. I'm sure its a bit different where you are but was it a drawn out complicated process?
mhazel9551 no not on septic tanks. I don’t think it’s all that tough. I know you have to go to some classes then get your certification but I don’t think it’s terrible
@@eliteearthworksllc saw you backfilling lines, thought you might be. Not bad here, 8 hour class on a Saturday at a community college. Pay the fee then apply for a license and pay that fee.
Love the camera view, the grading of the ground with the skid steer, and the attachment used! The GOAT!
Thanks man I appreciate that!
Love these videos, up close, messed up, and now smoothed out! Love it!
Thank you!
Another classic sir! You are the best!
Thank you!
Love the preparatory machine at the end of the video!
Thank you!
@@eliteearthworksllclove the topsoil!
This is one of my favorites!
Thanks!
The camera view is amazing!
Thanks!
I was surprised to see the blacker dirt under the rocky stuff. Excellent work again.
walter mattson well the black topsoil would have been on top so it would be removed first so it’s at the bottom of the pile.
walter mattson yeah some of that stuff was covered when they tore the school down I guess. It was definitely a mix of different soil types. Thanks again
Mad skill in a small yard!
Terry McHugh thank you!
Slick work.
bluemtnsman thank you! It was really wet but they care out ok I guess
Good job Brandon especially with the crap you had to work with. 👍👍🐕🐕❤️
Dermot Byrne thank you! That preparator makes a big difference even with the wet material
Nice work. That preparator really leaves a nice finish. Nice video too.
Dirt E Diggin thank you! I love my preparator, it definitely leaves junk looking nice. Thanks again
You work is perfect sir
Thank you I appreciate that!

Doug@ the "ranch"
lakesideranch LoL thank you! It’s challenging at times with the materials I get, that preparator is magical at times 🤣. Thanks again Doug
nicely done exactly what I needed to see today
thederrick1966 thank you! Hopefully it helped 👍🏻

I see some street 'grinding and paving prep' going on in the background, the neighborhood is getting shined up!
arkansas13 thank you! It’s definitely my ace in the hole! Yes they just finished resurfacing the roads and installed new curbs. Place is looking nice
Love watching you ROCK OUT more yards! 😉 And great Logger Wade reference 😂
Mrs. Elite Earthworks lol I see what you did there 😉🤣
Nice job !!
Jeffrey R.Kelly thank you!
Like the timelapse
Lawn Commander cool thank you!
Looks good brother.
Thanks man!

Awesome bucket cam!👍
Brian Webber thank you! I thought it made for a fun angle!
Sooo nice when you're done! Looks great! Thanks for the video! Watch out for the camera! Thanks for the video!
BurningDinosaurs thank you! Lol yeah I need to be nicer to the GoPro
gooood job sir , I think the seeders wanted to go home.
junehunk1 thank you! Lol yes I agree they did

Everytime I see your videos of these house lots it reminds me of a song by Pete Seeger 1963 called " Little Boxes " and now it's 2019 nothing changes.
barry hansen LoL that’s great! And so true!
I was thinking the same thing the guy started seeding while you were still preparing the soil.
Yeah that guy drives me nuts doesn’t care
He took us out with a bucket of dirt, used his dirty t-shirt and pulled a logger wade then never once asked if we were OK! I feel so OFFENDED, it's all good i gave the video a thumbs up!
@S. O. T. Metalworks...Yep, I had to wash my eyes out, they'll be sore for a week!!!!!
S.O.T. Metalworks 🤣🤣 sorry about that, where are my manners? I hope you can forgive me!
Brandon you do nice work,
Stay safe
Dwayne
Louisiana Dirt 218 thank you! I appreciate that!
So is the prepatory attachment different than the soil conditioner
It’s basically the same thing it just doesn’t have the wheels out from and it can collect rocks in it’s bucket
@@eliteearthworksllc I knew I could get a quick answer from you sir! Love the video!
@@eliteearthworksllcso I like the preparatory attachment... like the finish product..
Smooth operating bro
Jake’s Excavation & Demolition thanks man
So, I guess your job is to take a sow's ear and make a silk purse. Good job
Pete McCullar LoL I try. Thank you! Dirt was still really wet but I guess they came out ok. Thanks again
Who are the guys seeding?
The builder
They were in a hurry it was beer o'clock 😂
Jane Tolch LoL that’s what it was!
Another mine field at the start
Too bad the crew wasn’t there to clean it up for you. Speaking of crew... nice to have one for a change!
And about that buckets-eye view... was about to fall out of my chair... thank goodness the dirt
... dirt came to the rescue and pushed me back!
Awesome job.
William Harris LoL yes it was! Do you need any rocks? We have plenty lol!
William Harris yes the builder sent some of his guys, nice change for sure. 🤣 on the bucket cam
Clearly the seed guy was getting paid day rate, not by the hour.
HughzieTube LoL I guess so he was ready to be done!

Nice 👍👍when is the 260 going to be done
Spradlin Excavation thank you! I hope soon I’m more than ready for it! The month they told me it would take is really dragging on 🤣
Thats crazy I may have a new tl12v2 by the end of the month
Spradlin Excavation awesome! Those are a beast! It’s bigger than my 250
No screened topsoil?
david bailey no no one screens topsoil around here. They just scrap the dirt out of a field, load it in the truck and send it. I would love to buy a screener though
looks good. Think if i used one of those in my yard it wouldn't have any teeth left
Thanks! Lol it would probably surprise you, I’ve had it since 2011 and the teeth are about half warn down
then you put the sod down after this?
nocoolname32 yes if the customer wants sod it would be put down after you run the preparator over it. These the builder just does seed and straw
Fix your back up alarm so you don’t kill someone
It will be fine considering I work by myself
@@eliteearthworksllc Great answer, now I know why you’re operating equipment without a backup alarm. Fix the alarm , Dumb Dumb.
Cause I don’t want to listen to it all day 🤷🏼♂️ I hate backed over anyone in my 26 years running equipment
Should have preperated the seeder:) that woulda taught him hahaha
JasonWorksAlot 🤣 good call!

mhazel9551 yeah those were sewer lines. I can install and dig those since they differ from septic tanks and lines
Cant believe you let someone else do the raking
Boitano Excavation lol I didn’t have a choice, they work for the builder and he didn’t want me out of the machine. They were in a bit of a hurry lol
You need to invest in a 4in1
JUMPING KANGAROO I’ve been thinking about one
JUMPING KANGAROO do it! Makes things a lot easier. I have one plus a GP bucket,a grapple, forks, soil preparator. I need a bigger dump truck
You sure can take some crappie ground and make it look nice, did you hire some help, or clone yourself? lol
Kirk Overly well thank you! Lol no they work for the builder, they didn’t want me out of the machine 🤷🏼♂️🤣
Oops lol
andrew dennis 🤣 my hard on my cameras
