I swear whenever I hear Woodkid I almost cry, I HAVE to go to his concert one day!
No half naked dance on the stage ... whole performance with a lot dignity ... one of very few artists, who makes music and not something you can't describe ...
What's wrong with half naked dancing in front of a crowd? You said it yourself, it's "half naked".
Very few artists? You must not know a lot of artists then :)
Stabat Mater remains the only song to consistently give me goosebumps each listen
That and Iron. Iron has been my number 1 song since it came out
i already get goosebumps just by listening to his album. this live performance is more...i don't know what to say..too amazing!!!!
you clearly haven´t seen him perform live! he has the voice of an angel. so much emotion and depth
went to his concert last night, he was there with his screen, 2 drum players, 3 players in brass instruments, a guy on piano, and a guy mixing in the pre-recorded string instruments and although he didnt play with a full orchestra his concert was still absolutely amazing!!
You know, when you close your eyes, it feels like he is drawing in your mind. I feel awesome.
It's merely a matter of time before he makes it big. I haven't introduced him to a single person who hasn't been taken completely aback by his music, and I've been preaching his things ever since I heard him for the first time about a year ago.
Just walk the streets with Woodkid's music in your headphones. It's an amazing feeling. It creates emotion and at the same time it builds unbelievable focus. His voice and stage presence here are quite humble, but the graphics & sound compositions he is capable of are majestic. Must be a great experience to watch the show live. Anyway, we'll be hearing more of Woodkid. Would be a shame not to.

I remember so clearly this evening, on the night of my birthday. I was so excited, we doesn't expected what it was going on, the album wasn't release at that time. I'm really glad and thankfull to was here, i'll never forget this concert.

It's amazing how fast people goes from applauding and screaming to complete silence when Baltimore's Fireflies starts.. man, I wish I was there...
I drove five hours today on the highway. I hit quite a few traffic jams. But with Woodkid driving, it was okay. I never got mad or impatient. Everything was okay. Everything was in place. Everything was beautiful.
His voice cuts through to the soul. He is wonderful.

I went to one of his concerts, amazingly pleased. There is no word to describe how positively surprised I was to notice that his voice is the real thing (and not some autotuned result).
I was already a fan but still, now I know I will buy his new album on D-1.
Also, the light effects are just AWESOME !

Woodkid mixes his voice into the music so that no one part overpowers the other. I think this is a beautiful way to convey the emotion and I usually just listen to how he sings, rather than what he's singing. I find that there's actually more power in his style than his lyrics, though his lyrics are excellent on their own.
