Ummm, picky eater.. Like I think I'm a picky eater.. But more on a healthy side.. Probably it was my 10 .. When I stopped eating all junk and sugar.. and coming to my 11 all my cravings and my mindset changed.. And now I feel super confident about that. Caz.. It's been that 3 , 4 years I haven't gone to the doctor and nothing like that.. And coincidently like while watching this video.. I'm eating boiled potato's with curd.. .. Hahaa.. And I'm really thankful , that I got your channel.. Really enjoying and learning , this valuable information thanks .. That's a very gud video ❤.. Keep it up bro.. 🧿
Great Stuff brother, we will bear the fruits of eating healthy not any time soon, but when we grow up and our bodies are still able to function at a high level! That's what excites me! Hahaha curd rice and potato is a match made in heaven! I'm really glad I'm able to find people like you! You too! :))
This video was fantastic! I really appreciated the insightful advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle without compromising on delicious meals. The emphasis on patience throughout our dietary endeavors was especially resonant. I'd love to learn more about your method for preparing the boiled chicken and rice dish. Could you kindly share the specifics of your process? Additionally, I'm keen on optimizing this dish for weight loss by increasing its protein content. As I've been steering clear of protein powder for some time, I'm particularly interested in natural sources. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for sharing such valuable insights!
Yes enjoying food is crucial haha! Real simple rice, chicken breast, coconut oil & and salt and any masala of your choice (You can switch things up with the masalas if things are getting too boring), add all of this into a pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles and voila your chicken rice is done. Would also suggest topping it up with some curd because it can get a little dry otherwise. Um to be honest I've tried going without protein powder and honestly, I couldn't sustain it for long. But yes, considering the recent shortcomings of protein I can see why one might choose to cut down on protein. I would highly suggest fish for your ideal source of protein, but if your goal is weight loss then from what I've seen and read protein content shouldn't matter as much, but from a workout point of view you want to clock in a lot of cardio. If I were to lose weight and get in shape, I'd probably begin with burning a lot of fat with cardio, like a lot of cardio (this will be difficult) and then I'd get a little leaner and then start building muscle. But then again, my ideal body type is lean. If you're someone that's looking to bulk, then direct muscle development and good amount of protein should be your way to go! Either way whatever you chose just stay consistent and patient like I said it's a slow process but the fruit it bears is definitely very fun!
@@DhruvRaoo Hey, thanks a bunch for getting back to me so quickly and for laying out the recipe! Can't wait to experiment with different masalas in the chicken rice dish. Your thoughts on weight loss and consistency really hit home. Here's to enjoying the journey and staying patient. Big thanks again for all the tips and tricks!
