Cobra Kai is back with Season 6 - but where is the great music that was in previous seasons and The Karate Kid #cobrakai #season6 #thekaratekid #soundtrack
Ah, Sleevely, seems yer barkin' up a dead tree, lad! You know I love ya, man, but Cobra Kai as entertainment? I'm shocked. Now... all the fabulous songs and artists you mentioned certainly caught my attention. I'd almost be tempted to watch that dreck for the simple pleasure of those sweet, sweet tunes, but I have morals that supercede all that. Anything more than 40 points beneath my IQ (at their best), just can't share head-space with me. A bunch of "posing" drama pretty much dissolves as the clouds clear out. And now.... now they've lost their nourishing precipitation... the teats are dry, the lambs will die, and the Cobra Kai will stand alone on their shaky, shallow legs. Back in the '80s i loved that weekly show 'Miami Vice'. Talk about GREAT music! All the greats of that time had a song track in every episode-- some were awesome. Some were merely VERY GOOD. My faves: Peter Gabriel, Eagles, Boston. Good times! Good days... Add this to your sleeve, my good man: Boston's "Foreplay/Long Time" (And crank up the volume). ruclips.net/video/TnwqUEelQjE/видео.html&pp=ygUHYm9zdG9uIA%3D%3D
My friend Crusty… do you really mean to tell me (a person of your knowledge and vintage) you have not experienced the musical nostalgia gut punch that is Cobra Kai Season 1?
@@SleeveSaturday Yes, sorry, I do mean to tell you that. Retired, fixed income, can't afford cable for all the stuff that wants subscriber money. I'm sure I'd love the music, indeed! But the premise of that show has no appeal to me. Anyway, thanks for the reply! Love ya, man.
The collage fight soundtrack was so bad man, compare this to the music for LaRusso house fight in S4, it worked with what's happening, had some build ups, big drop when Tory and Sam meet, you could feel what's happening even without looking at the screen. Now it's just, meh.
Soundtrack = songs. Not the score.
The score is great! You're right about the soundtrack thus far. Although I am a Cyndi Lauper fan, and the opening with Speedwagon was great!
S6 has a good soundtrack.
Aside from REO - name one good song.
Crank it Up during the frat party fight was solid. It was like modern day Beastie Boys.
Man.. I bet you didn't listen to "HEART OF THE COBRA"
