What I didn’t hear in the video was whether y’all think Murphy will start and/or play significant & meaningful snaps this fall. I heard you say that he’s making the same mistakes on the film DeLoach used to make. I hope Murphy’s not a year or more away from being a major contributor. I’m expecting him to start alongside Lundy. Noles *need* him to start…
I'm expecting him to be able to step up game one. He clearly has some really good habits from Bama that will translate along side his plus athleticism

I think they'll be fine. Probably not going singlehandedly win games but won't be a detriment either. Will be interesting to see what kind of impact Roydell makes on the room.
I am not sure I understand why Hill left but the threat of Benson last year helped the passing game in the first half of the year. And the running game won the last two games for us (the Orange bowl will never count for me).
You've increased the size, strength, and depth of the interior OL (which was a liability for large portions of last year), you have a legit short-yardage threat (QB power) that you didn't have last year, you have both the desire and the ability to push the ball downfield (if DJU and Murphy click, you will FORCE opposing defenses to stay in 2 high safeties), and you have about the same level of talent in the RB room as last year (even if your superstar talent is only a true freshman).
It's reasonable, IMO, to expect that the FSU running game in 2024 will be a strength.

@@OG34541 Doesn't need to be a game wrecker. He just need someone who can play their gaps well because I thought the run defense was sub par last year
@@OG34541 look at his numbers in 2022. Very similar to bethune’s in 2023. It appears he got limited snaps in 2023.
If this young man comes in and starts Decleating players in the GT game, I think we'll be ok at LB. Though, I feel we could use one more experienced LB and one more experienced DT.

Hopefully they can all prove me wrong but I’m not impressed with garbage time scraps from Bama. I’m also trying to figure out what exactly Ryan Bartow does? It’s a serious question because he’s getting paid quite well to whiff often
@leewilliams6354 dude was a redshirt freshman this year. He's obviously got the talent, just inexperienced and had to sit behind other experienced 5star LBs at Bama
