Hiii! Can I give my opinion? I always do this when someone asks me to watch a video they made so.. here it goes!! First, I did not watch the anime (YET ;--; because I want ahah) neither I understand japanese so I can't say much, but i see as the focus of your video was the song and lyrics, the quantity of effects don't matter much, the way you organized the clips is what made the video more emotional and I really liked it! I think yeah it's a good idea to put the subtitles, at least using the subtitles tool of youtube, so that people know the meaning of the song ^^
