  • Today in this the next church Sunday video i have re-edited St Botolph`s church.
    St Botolph's Church is a redundant Anglican church near the village of Skidbrooke, Lincolnshire, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.
    The church dates from the early 13th century, with alterations additions in the 14th and 15th centuries, in 1854 and 1871, and during the 20th century. It was declared redundant in November 1973.
    St Botolph's is now on the Heritage at Risk Register and therefore is closed until further notice.

    An excellent visit, nice to see St Botolph's, really odd how empty and hollowed out it is, but you can still see the incredible craftsmanship and masonry that has gone into it, including those windows. Shame about the vandalism, unfortunately it's just everywhere nowadays! Thank you OWTB for a great video

    It's lasted well for a building that has not been used since 1973. All that workmanship that's gone into the Stonework and Roof, such a shame
