    During this fast pace world i am jungling with multiple tasks.

    Very useful video. I have also started realizing that I have less tasks for the day but I was feeling overwhelmed. Brain made it look like that I have tons of tasks. Now I know how to manage.

    We are organic beings not machines. So much of our unhappiness comes from trying to be the latter rather than the former. I love the point about pausing between accomplishments to let the dopamine flow.

      @@Springmnm start with hayagrIva stotram by vedAnta desikan and then chany shyAmalA daNDakam, look up The Sanskrit Channel for them, chant daily atleast to times and after bathing at morning and evening, wake up at around 3.30am until you get a feeling of improvement, then you can do them on occasions or when u like to. eat less spicy food, try to meditate and do prANAyAma, these will help in the long run
      how is ur current state, and for what field are u aiming for creativity.
