Multiple fire agencies from Broome and Tioga counties were at the scene of a fire at Gaskill Road in Owego for multiple structures on fire- The fire accidentally started in the barn and the radiant heat reflected to the home-
Propane tanks were releasing during the fire fighting activity adding to the explosive nature of the fire both structures were burned totally down- Rooms with doors closed sustained little or no damage-Campville FD-South Side FD-Owego-Newark Valley- Candor-West Corners- Weltonville- fought the fire into the night as temperatures dropped - ESS provided food and drinks Pizza donated by Mario's in Owego- Thanks to all involved!
