Here are 5 tricks that actually work in about 6 months: 1) watch good TV programs like DoorDarshan, national Geographic or BBC and loudly repeat what they say copying as much as you can. You mouth needs to get used to saying English words and sentences the English way. Try 15 minutes a day. 2) Read paragraphs from your textbooks once in your mind to understand and then Loudly, slowly smoothly and clearly. Do not speak fast. Try 1 hour a day. 3) Be brave. Do not feel shy or embarrassed about your English, just start speaking it. No one is perfect. "Half the Britons cannot spell simple English words, and only 2% Britons speak BBC or Oxford English (RP), others speak dialects that are difficult to understand- UK Telegraph articles. 4) Find a friend to talk to or talk to yourself aloud in English. Do not speak like your mother tongue, pretend you are talking to a foreigner. Speak slowly, clearly and loudly. 5) Find a software that has useful words and sentences and audio in authentic English, listen carefully and repeat. I suggest you prepare notes wherein you write the meaning of the words and use those words in sentences and read those sentences aloud and keep revising them on a daily basis. Think in english while you speak. Otherwise what happens is that you think in your mother tongue and then you have to translate it - which causes the delay and thus fluency is lost.
