I bet you can write almost perfectly but can't reflect that in speaking that's because both of them are different things. As someone said you need more speaking practice.
Same i m introvert I can pronounce,read,write, understand but mostly i have spoken my mother tongue so when someone talks in English with me i hesitate a bit.

8. Listen carefully podcasts, conversations made for children
9. Before going to sleep listen podcasts as per your interest
10. Learn with music to not getting bored

i am doing 2 and 3 and i am achiving significant goals in my english learning journey.
My English is not bad but cant speak infront of others.
Definitely you need a mentor to guide appropriately. Everyone cant do the same. Some one needs motivation and guidance. I have not tried anywhere to learn English, even i have done my schooling in my mother tounge English was not an issue for me but i have mentored 400 students in last 6 months. One difference is with a right mentor one can learn faster. Its all about perspective. Guys if you are looking for a mentor comment below.

Before start to speak in English everyone should think in English instead of mother tongue.
So later on mind voice itself will become our tongue.
Example child can't speak but listen and think mind voice then child would start to speak.
