Please attend bhagavad gita classes in nearby gurus, there are many such platforms and sessions tailored for youth especially, they really helped me & my life a lot, now I'm living balanced and focus life. Our ancestors have already given tips through their experiences, we need to make full use of them🙏

Any solutions for me which i have to study watching my phone's online classes and its causing me to distract from my studies sometimes.Therefore i won't be studying effectively without it so i definitely can't put it inside my almirah.
NB : I dont have a laptop too.
Download that particular video after that put your phone on airplane mode then study, if downloading option is not available then turn off all apps notifications then study if that too not possible delete instagram.
