The one I have isn't nearly as stretchy as the one used in the video. Can you link where to buy the one you have or at least what company made it? The bands in mine won't stretch to even accommodate the pony tail, much less the loop around of hair.

Diane Harrison If you are having trouble getting the teeth of the Combs to slide in, as I do, try using some hair polish or some other kind of product that will make the surface of the hair a bit more slick. I find that the teeth will glide easier and grip onto the less slick inner hair of the pony. I hope it helps.
