Yep same damn issue only worked for 2 weeks and this crap started the company is a joke only offered 30 bucks as a solution I would never buy from this company again loved it the 2 weeks it did work did all the trouble shooting and this is still the result such a pos!!!
Hey, I have the following problem. I can't get the litter box cleaned either in manual mode using the button on the side or in automatic mode. When I press the cleaning button there is just a two-time beep and that's it, when I reset the door closes and then opens again immediately without moving the rake. Thank you very much for your help
Similar problem here. The cat litter box closing the door and starting the cleaning cycle. The Take arm receive the imput to start but it's stuck! The machine try 2/3 times failing than reopen the door. Wrote several times to ELS PET (web page message) nobody’s answered for weeks. Very bad.😡

Have the same problem. Just about ready to take it apart and start over. Really hate these videos that do show how to fix this problem
