Creating service areas using network analyst, ArcGIS

Very helpful video. I tried 5-6 times how to create service area. Each time, I came with different and terrible output. Reason was principle behind road feature class i.e., how one road is connected with other....

Daniel, I'm not sure if I got it right, but to be able to use NA toolbar you should go "Customize - Toolbars - Network Analyst". But first, make sure your NA extension is activated (Customize - Extensions...).
