I'd swear this is a cut level. The clown ability is used dynamically and efficiently, the secrets are well thought out, the soundtrack fits in with the rest and the level assets have the exact brand of unhinged and bizarre humor that's amusing while also making me think there's something to this clown lab no mortal being is prepared to understand. All that's missing would be custom enemy assets and we may have a proper 20th stage.
Seriously though, acid has been shown to melt clown, and it has seen major use in anti-clown procedures across previous conflicts.
