Heya, not meaning to be rude, but a great way to improve your english pronounciation (if you’re interrested in that at all,) would be to pronounce the t’s like ts instead of d’s. A way to do that would be to put your tongue behind your upper teeth and have your lips in “e” position, and then as you push out air your tongue should lightly seperate from the top of your mouth. Idk, i just think your work is great and i wouldn’t want anyone to dismiss you based off of your accent. Which is unfortunately quite possible.. Personally don’t mind your accent though, its lovely. Very melodic.

Thank u so much!! Sometimes I use the workbench renderer. It lets me to render without lighting easily and also it is the fastest renderer. Again if you directly connect your texture map to the output you get shadeless effect in eevee or cycle

I am so sorry that I didn't show the exact process in this tutorial. Gonna do that next time. Did you perhaps load the brush in "texture" instead of "texture masks"? that is probably the case. thank you! sorry! I realized that part wasn't included in the recording. it is rather simple if you have some idea about shader editor. Thanks! I didn't suffer much with texture size so far. Even in my old potato laptop I could handpaint upto 8k maps. And in the new pc I can easily paint 16k maps!

Haha some are. You can try to get your favorite brushes into blender. But mightn't work the same at all. That is why I mostly used the one I shared in the description. I tried to make brushes that can mimic some traditional brushes in blender

Right! I saw that amazing portal he made! Yes u will be able to see the colors you are painting in solid view. You have to select flat shading first/ it is like an unlit shader you find in unity. works on viewport too without having to turn on rendered view. works for every engine whether it is eevee or cycles or the default solid view
great work - this is exactly what I've been looking for in a hybrid 2d-3d style of artwork - with this approach are you pretty locked in with the lighting though?
Lighting isn’t an issue if you dont mind having less control on shadows. Since I use this approach to make artworks, I paint the light and shadows in most cases. But if you want to use the model in real-time setting... Like in a game you can avoid the part of painting the shadows. Lighting works fine in most cases when the surface is mostly diffused ( I would set the specular level very low though) but for complex materials like metal or sub surface scattering etc lighting mightn't work that well with painterly look indeed :') need to do more experiments on complex materials

I don't think you can do that comfortably in blender. Sure there is addon like bpainter to manage texture layers. Or you can try similar things manually with shader nodes. But I can't suggest any of that since I never used bpainter myself. And with manual shaders the painting experience of mine was aweful. I think if layers is important for your workflow you should try substance painter or 3d coat. (There is even 3d coat textura which is lite version and only focuses on texturing tools) sigh! I wish blender texture paint mode would finally get some updates and implement things like that :(

Sure. To make it look exactly the same you would need to use an unlit shader. Also color management might be a factor too. If things looks different in another software it is usually because of color management settings. (For instance I use standard color management in Blender for handpainted scenes)
