    Where do you get the nerve to complain about anything in this game!? When your entire kit is a left click toxic hold button until dinggggggggg and instantly kill!?!? You play the most broken trash in this game! If caught off guard and a dingggggg happens outta nowhere, you get a kill… be serious man

    I feel Ranger needs the resourcefulness to kite and get trough doors but also needs strength to contend with fighters in bow battles. Def hope Ranger gets some love in the next patch.

      First comes Fairness then comes Arena then comes these wicked simps safing in a corner demanding Perks to have penalties and limits. REMOVE FIGHTERS and turn up the game difficulty, we got a player base to purge.

    As a primarily solo wizard, I hope they listen and do something about the mob MR resist. Thankfully invis is handy for dodging mobs while also fighting the other dude.

      Lol magic lock was apparently causing a large amount of trouble in arena with trolling so. Not surprising to see this. Probably the easiest way to fix it for now

      Fighter definitely beats ranger in a trade assuming they have PDR and a bow.
      Though to a Wizard/Warlock a PDR fighter is just a ranger that is slower and shoots less.

      I hear people say ranger is better because they have bow skills but fighter stat line is crazy for using bow. Rangers need to find a good balance between STR. AGI, DEX, to be effective. Most of the time you are sacrificing one of the stats for the other two.

      I will say there are not enough ranger bros making use of windlass/crossbow mastery out there. And the slayer type playstyle with spear ranger and backstep is wildly fun to play imo. Gonna pick it up for a change of pace myself next week when I'm back from this upcoming wedding trip lol

    wait .. that bug on the archer skill ... is that what happened before even vs nightmare skeletons archers (the ones in Ice Abyss)? cause to dodge that volley i duck myself and look at the ground, avoiding like all damage 90% of times. But there are those 10% left, where it just 1 shots me basicly. Is it because im ducking and the monster itself is looking down and actually shotgun me with the volley? or am i overthinking it?

      I actually do not know the answer to this. I know for sure jump multishot from ranger made it pinpoint, but not sure about mobs

    the warlock changes are good individually, but when combined together, as well as the fact that you have both the spell hp cost increase and halving the healing at the same time, its going overboard. they clearly did this because of arena specifically. if they wanted lower healing, it should also have lower costs to match. also, with more magic resist combined with the CoP nerf, spell casting is probably slightly weaker than expected (with maybe the exception of one-off uses of soul collector's soul shards on the dark spells), and again, more punishing on health management than it should be too. if it was just some of the nerfs, it would probably put warlock in a good spot balance-wise, but its really easy for a class like that to swing hard between overpowered and underpowered and they shouldve probably been more careful. its possibly warranted for a little while though since its been a bit OP for a while (and maybe even very OP in the past), so having a (hopefully) short time where its underpowered is fine. however, where are the nerfs with the other OP classes, huh??? lmao
    also, bring back kris to warlock at some point please lmao. the balance on warlock is honestly pretty close to where it should be as long as they pull it back slightly, in which case i see no reason why they cant have the kris back which was a fun and very thematic weapon to have which the class was clearly built around including. the only remaining problem would be that it may also require a slight demon rework to go along with it. it baaarely even needed to be removed in the first place, but made a lot of sense to temporarily remove when coinciding with the initial CoP rework. but really, they just shouldve rebalanced and reworked the stuff that made it OP instead of fully removing it. i predict the balance to trend towards exactly what would be necessary in order to bring it back anyways so it probably will come back eventually
    i also foresee spellbook getting a bit slower possibly, maybe even switching places in speed and effectiveness with crystal ball, also probably changing staff while theyre at it. it depends how much work they want to really put into reworking it. easy answer is just make spellbook -12 ms instead of -10 and call it a day even though that wont effect all that much. maybe -15 with or without a buff to compensate, in which case crystal ball's and staff's positions are a bit weird and maybe get changed too... again depends how much work into reworking they wanna do for all 3.

    2 sword fighter is good. U just use a good short sword as ur secondary and use action speed. But yes this arrow desync multishot bs is getting on my nerves. Im gonna start collecting deathcam clips of me shooting multishots into people point blank and it doing 0 dmg
    Also THANK YOU for also mentioning how i said the perks on ranger dont actually benefit as much as ud think for bows and fighter/bard uses em just as good basically.

      Yeah the arrow dsync nonsense is very annoying. I love using windlass as well and man when it just shoots a tenth of a second after I click fire it just makes me wanna scream lol

    First time I've heard someone talk actual sense about Warlock. 100% agree with your take. Changing TM and spell costs is a big change and really cripples low to medium gear warlock. You now need +10 MH just to be back where it was. Even after that the spell costs are higher so it is still a nerf.

    Fighter needed the sprint cooldown. The game is Kite city rn with range or at least was. Could also stop fighters from using daggers all together

      Sprint cooldown is needed when Fighters arent better Rangers anymore, now they can just run you down more often WHILE being a better ranger, thats crazy

      Base just means base kit class. Like base fighter is just fighter with squire gear or base warlock is warlock with squire gear and such

    I think that warlock change is not about number of spells, but a change from 3x as much DAMAGE from casting spells (multiplier) to 2, which is a huge buff.

      curse of pain was 6, now it is 8. Not a buff, just a tweak to the numbers so it didn't go from 6 to 12 cost.

    Honestly just remove weapon mastery as a perk and make it a passive ability for fighters. Then you can tweek the weapons that it allows and just take daggers off the table. Alternativley with this change you could link dagger usage to slayer so they cant use plate at the same time.

    I think PDR frontline comps will be a bit better again. I play smite cleric so I'm happy. =] I'm just sick of seeing 90% of people playing kite comps

    There’s not a single PvP rogue using hide mastery and the buff will not change that. Hide mastery is used for pick pocketing and that’s it. Too many useful perks for fighting to use it.

      Ambush having bonus damage and movespeed tied to it and then hide mastery giving a 30% cd to having access to those is wild lol. Saw literally 6 hide rogues last night alone. Landmine back on the menu. Idk how y'all rogue players are trolling saying this buff isn't crazy good. 18s cd on 30movespeed at base kit is wild lol

      @@oggiesonRogue in my opinion, is the worst class in the game, and I’m not even a Rogue player. Sure, Hide got buffed, but other things need a look at before they reintroduce a cancerous play style back into the game as meta for Rogue.

    I just don’t think warlock was as overpowered as everyone made out, yeah it was annoying to fight, yeah I agree phantomize needed a nerf because unlimited reset was OP, however I think Druid was, and still is the most broken class in the game even more now, bear form needs a huge nerf and panther is a joke too

      I don't think so. Druid basically has two modes - with and without gear. Without gear druid is THE worst class in the entire game, with no damage, no ranged, no armor, and no health, only crazy mobility and heals, but, like, that's all. While geared druid is absolutely busted shit. Unkillable monster with incredible speed, PDR, health, damage, heals, and crazy mobility options like vertical mobility. This! Shit HAS to be nerfed. I think druid should have more base damage, but less scaling. Because base-kit druid is unplayable while geared druid is unkillable.

      Warlock was wildly good. You could watch any stream of people in geared runs getting two shot by CoP and Bolt it was insane. But again. Solos/Duos is very different than trios. Warlock was certainly not as oppressive in trios

      Ranger is not overpowered. We get beaten or matched in ranged combat by Bard and Fighter, because our perks are either not strong enough, or they themselves are over tuned. Both classes can and do wear heavier armour, and therefore take less or even considerably less damage than we do, making trading even harder.
      I’m going to agree with you on Fighter though. It’s probably the most played class next to Warlock from what I’m seeing in my dungeons.
      My Rogue friend and I were both glued to a Rondel fighter after some poke, and he just sat there and tanked both of us hitting him at once. Killed us both.
      Warlocks are honestly fine. I’m still taking decent enough damage from their Curse of Pain ability and Bolt of Darkness can still chunk.

      @@jububoobaroo67 I actually would say that Barbarian is stronger as well, due to movement speed from Rage. Cleric and Rogue may be the only one that's on the rough side of things against a Ranger. Wizard and Warlock just need to hit their spells. That's the most 50/50. Ranger is just a good class, but certainly not overpowered.

      Not gonna lie. I think casters in this game were too op. In every trios comp there’s always a warlock or wizard and thats it and they’d carry team fights they were broken

    Why Ironmace like infinite kiting? Get rid of rat form druid, double Phantomize cooldown and the game is fine.
    Lvl 125 wiz here and explosion was op in arenas, just still slept on . I just wish they let it get popular for a bit longer before nerf so people learned about it.

    Idc besides the fighter buff for no reason, this patch was a W.
    The lock changes were exactly what needed to happen. I said this before a few days ago but one of the main issues with lock was that there is no downtime or punishment for throwing spells.
    Basically the issue lied in the fact that playing lock and missing is not punishing. A warlock can miss their CoP and the hp loss was so minimal for their spells that it's negligable and even bypassed completely with TM and some magical healing. Because of this the class will always have effectivly infinite spells they can spam with no downtime.
    Meanwhile every class has some sort of downtime like melee swing recovery time, reloading bows/crossbows, and spell counts that need to be refilled. Caster warlock has none of this. So now they finally increased the spell cost that actually punishs you for actually missing when you can just use spells continuously.
    Also IM needs to just revert these changes they have been doing with the new unique mobs back to what it was day one when they added the content with the wipe. Low spawn chance but 100% drop rate, simple as.
    Also I really hope they remove solos sometime. IM knew it wasn't meant for the game and it just doesn't work, so many issues people complain about that are just a non issue in the other modes. And now with team fill it just doesn't need to be there anymore.

      I agree with the unique mobs and the warlocks not having a cost to cast their main damage source. It's a good change in that regard. The unique mobs need 100% drop chance. Don't think we'll see solos removed ever. Pretty sure 60% of the playerbase or more is running solos still lol

      @@oggieson they play solos bc it's there, doesn't mean it needs to be. Fill exists and they're doing just fine in arena.
      IM knows it doesn't work and the community is realizing this. The teamfill system exists now giving solo players others to play with while also keeping the option to turn it off. Just like Hunt and it works fine.

      @@Bluepenguin28 team fill exists now. People have no problem with it in Arena either. Solos is literally, just put the wiki map on another monitor, know where the spawns are and rush them. Throw caution to the wind bc you know every engament is a 1v1.
      I don't play it, it's not the dnd experience and it's not fun. But 90% of all the complaints in the community about the game and balance stem from solos.

      like i said if you don't like solos then go play your duo,trio,arena don't try to ruin other people's fun, i paid 30 euro to this game for playing solos even if the solo experience is unbalanced i'm having fun, i also play duo and trio with my friends but thats only on weekends because of their work schedule.
      have some empathy, its a good thing for humankind

      Just giving them a bit of base str would help the low gear ranger a bit more is all. Most rangers are stacking true and str as is so I don't think it would be that detrimental honestly. But even if they didn't change it the change to 12 str at base is good to see imo

      @@oggieson Wiz. Ain't no way those nerfs were warranted in any way. Especially after buffing fighter and ranger and not touching bard and druid.

      @@radi534 You're wilding dude lol. Wizard has been ripping through trios all wipe. And they didn't touch the best spells of the class outside zap which is way too good for a tier 1 spell anyways. Class will still rip through trios even after these changes. Solo is forever unbearable to play for wizard imo.

      @@oggieson wiz literally gets run down by any other class. The spells in question didn't even have that much range to begin with which pits the wiz in danger. Unless you're cng there is legit no way anyone can sya wiz will be blasting. Especially with the skill requirements to play him even remotely adequately. Where as fighter just holds W and two shots a wiz. Or the ranger that does more damage at longer range. And has shotgun. One of the worst classes is just straight up bottom tier now. Balance guy needs his salary reconsidered.

      I think fighter will be fine especially after the changes to the rest of the gear/classes. Rondel is extremely unengaging for the game and is not a good thing for the class imo

    Explosion needs a raw damage buff or a tier reduction or something, a tier 5 spell with 4 casts of 28 damage is just bad. Unbelievably bad. 0.75 scaling just kills and already dying spell. 0 reason to run now.
    Also how many more months I gotta wait until they nerf anti-magic? Wizard just LOSES instantly to all warlocks because that park exists.

      Hmm. I think lowering explosion tier would be better than the damage? But then again I said the scaling changes allow them to make some base damage buffs so I could see it fitting for explosion for sure.
