    One thing I would add is to not keep the arms straight when going back. Doing so will place much of the weight on the shoulder joints and biceps. What you want to do is keep a slight bend in the elbows as you're moving back so as to keep the tension on your chest and straighten your arms out as you come forward. Imagine you're trying to give someone a hug.

      This was the key for me...I had a weird situation where my pec fly was more than double the weight of my bench. I was keeping my arms rounded without straightening as I came forward, taking a lot of the load off my pec.

    Thank you so much. Realized my biggest problem was connecting my hands and positioning my hip too much in the back. Keep up with the exercises series.

    I always do this with the most weight I can control you need to feel it ripping and go slow like this guy, seen so many bros just balancing the heck out of it and doing it speed mod, they ain't doing nothing
