Very healthy, no medication, 80 year old. Walk a big dog 3 times a day, in the South African sunshine and walk barefoot most of my time. Eat only fresh, self cooked, real food. Sleep well. I have been alone for 20 years, no family, no close friends, happily go without speaking to another human for days. I am creative and would rather spend my time learning something or making something, than interact with someone else. Some people love to be alone, I have been one, since childhood.

same! I believe ppl with a high social IQ can keep themselves so occupied that it doesn't occur that we are often doing things alone. however, when you are out walking your dog I'm sure you see ppl and when you are reading or learning or watching (as you just did) something new, you are taking in the information that another person has created. so, that creates connection in a way that still satisfies your social desires.

Why do we call it disease? It is actually disease dis-4:36 ease. We are out of ease. Our Heavenly Father Yahvah didn't make an imperfect world. He made a perfect world. All the troubles etc are as a direct result of Satan and his minions influencing man and woman. Then man or woman does what Satan gets them to do. Satan can do nothing on his own. So the big issue is man's fallen state. "If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways I will heal their land." I'm talking a complete healing not a partial healing. The ball is in man's court!!!

You can do testing under any company. I did myheritage because of their good track record on privacy
      The way you check is:
      1. Download the raw DNA (TSV for 23andme, CSV for myheritage, both can be opened in excel)
      2. Search for rs1801133.
That row, if you see C or G, you got the good normal gene.
A or T is the bad one.
I have AG, so 50% good gene.
      3. Search for rs1801131.
For this one, A or T is the good one and C or G is the bad one.

The last three months of my last pregnancy was pretty treacherous. I had panic attacks that I could not articulate to my health providers. The physical things that were happening to me were hard to put into words. I want the emergency room twice only to not to be listened to and sent to obstetrics to monitor the baby. I felt like I was passing out all the time, but I wasn’t actually passing out. It was so hard to explain. Crazy heart palpitations and I was becoming agoraphobic because of the fear of passing out in public. I dealt with that feeling on and off for three years after that pregnancy as well. Somebody told me to take b complex because I felt so tired all the time. So I went ahead and bought some b complex. Within two weeks all of my anxiety all of my panic attacks all of those horrible physical feelings, completely disappeared. I suffered for years and all I had was a severe b deficiency. Not one doctor listened to me and every single one refused to take bloodwork and put me on antidepressants which of course didn’t work. It’s amazing what mainstream doctors don’t know….or maybe more so, they don’t care.

Mushrooms for the sole and copper for the conduction. Not only eco-friendly but also challenges the traditional fast-fashion mentality by encouraging individuals to value their products and take care of them.
Allowing the sneakers to return to the earth, you’ll never have to feel guilty again throwing out a part of sneakers again.

The sickle cell has the red blood cell forming a sicle that cuts the malaria rooting itself in cells. Thus protecting from malaria but causing the loss of blood through the incapacity to create bloodclots. The sicle also cutting the clots."

Doctors and Pharmacies always try to treat a problem once it presents itself and not look at more preventive method. Doing biomarker and bloodwork testing can really help you locate vitamin and mineral deficiencies and biomarker can determine if you’re genetically prone to cancer or certain illnesses.

I’m a retired RGN/RMN Nurse,(30+ yrs in service) had to retire due to health reasons…and although we learn the way the body works when training, knowing this kind of info in nurse training can actually be useful and beneficial. I’ve recently had to start taking vitB12 injections (tablets did nothing),Iron and Folic Acid tablets, because I’m always desperately fatigued tired weak and feel awful in general, but if i’d had the methylate test, then that would’ve been more useful as to what is wrong with me rather than just be given tablets and not even told what time is best to take them in the day (i’m on 2 different vitamin D3 meds, which I only found out recently, are best taken first thing in morning! Even GP’s/Drs don’t have all the info to help us. This information is vital and we should be taught this possibly in high school in physiology/biology classes. Does anyone else agree?🤔

Throw out your sunscreen and all products containing sunscreen! When the weather is nice, be outside as much as possible. Also eat more bacon and eggs - especially during winter - as those foods contain D that we can use. B12 comes only from meat, so eat more meat.

Would be useful but they won’t teach it in school’s for the same reason they don’t teach it on med school. Modern health is drug based , prevention not cure . Pharma funds government research and any that is done in research will be primarily plant based again due to funding … definitely get the gene testing , MTHFR runs in my family and we have similar issues with B12, iron and folate , but so can other genetic mutations . Did they at least test you for pernicious anaemia , if they’re giving you injections I would hope so. after your injections your blood levels for B12 may become what doctors will say are ridiculously high , even if your not absorbing st the cellular level .

    • @MsSilver41
      @MsSilver41 7 месяцев назад +12

Please don’t suggest fasting if someone has no idea what is causing their deficiency. You can’t assume B12 deficiency is only a small intestine absorption problem, it could be pernicious anaemia - fasting won’t help that , if she’s lacking in B2 she won’t be able to utilise B12, if she is gluten sensitive or coeliac and doesn’t change diet s nothing will change , if she has a tapeworm or MTHFR fasting won’t help. If she’s taking metformin or any of the other drugs that deplete B12 and other vitamins fasting won’t help . I do intermittent fasting so I understand the benefits , but I also know what health issues I’m dealing with .

Vitamin D is also an immune system modulator and if we lack it, then we can have a higher chance of having a cytokine storm - where we have coagulation cascade in respiratory infections (basically our body produces too much mucus and our lungs cannot take in enough oxygen). Vitamin D helps prevent cytokine storms.

Thank you! You have so many excellent guests! This was riveting! I've been passionate about health for most of my life, but in particular since I was diagnosed with cancer 12 years ago. I chose not to do chemo/radiation and after a subsequent recurrence and surgery, I've been cancer free for 9 years using only natural healing protocols. Sadly, my younger, healthier sister, who was coerced into doing chemo/radiation by her employer or she would be denied disability income, wasn't so fortunate.
The medical system has abandoned all pretense of helping people become healthy because there's just so much more profit in sick people. Your guest has said so many things that totally agree with a lady called Barbara I'Neill from Australia. She started out just wanting natural healing methods for her family and friends. She ended up having a place on their property where she could have people from all over the world who could come to her for natural help and healing. Unfortunately the Medical Dr's. Association, Government, etc. took her to court in a dirty way and refused to let her be a part of her own work anymore and tried to completely ruin her reputation. She now travels to the U.S., New Zealand, etc. to do her lectures and to help people who come to them. I find her amazing and the fact that your guest speaker is also saying so many of these things that she teaches have kept me rapt with attention. Thank- you both for a fascinating video. AI summary for ADHD and anxiety and possible dietary treatment:
"Brecka says that many people are deficient in essential minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids. These deficiencies can lead to a variety of health problems, including anxiety, ADHD, and sleep disorders.
The video suggests that anxiety can be linked to a genetic mutation that affects how the body breaks down catacol amines. People with this mutation may be more likely to experience anxious thoughts and have trouble sleeping.
Treatment for anxiety focuses on addressing nutrient deficiencies, particularly B vitamins, that can help regulate catacol amines.
While not explicitly stated in the video, the B vitamins most commonly associated with mood regulation and anxiety are: B6, B9 and B12."
For B6 you got: Tuna, Chicken breast, Potatoes and Bananas.
For B9 you can eat: Beef liver, Spinach, Kale, Asparagus, Brussels sprouts.
For B12 is: Clams, Salmon, Trout, Beef, Eggs.
"According to the video, ADHD or ADD is not caused by a lack of attention but rather by an overload of attention. People with ADHD may have a gene mutation that makes it difficult for them to break down catecholamines, which are neurotransmitters that increase alertness. This can lead to an overactive mind and difficulty focusing on one thing at a time. People with ADHD often have a history of anxiety and trouble sleeping.
The video suggests that addressing the underlying nutrient deficiencies caused by the genetic mutation can improve symptoms of ADHD. Specifically, the video mentions methylation, a process in which the body converts nutrients into usable forms. People with ADHD may be deficient in essential minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids, all of which are necessary for methylation. By taking a genetic methylation test and supplementing for any deficiencies, people with ADHD may be able to improve their focus and reduce their anxiety.
Methylation is a fundamental biochemical process in the body, crucial for DNA synthesis and repair, gene expression regulation, detoxification, neurotransmitter production, and lipid metabolism. Methyl donors like folate, vitamin B12, choline, and methionine are essential for this process."
For the nutrients mentioned (folate, vitamin B12, choline, and methionine) you can find them all in Eggs.

Grateful for this interview as we work to help our two young adult children get to the root cause of their health struggles. MTHFR mutation has been on my radar for several years and this info has confirmed for me that our next step is to get both kids tested asap. Looking forward to helping them achieve optimal health and living so that they can thrive and not merely survive. Thank you from a grateful mom!! Your work is making a huge impact! 💜

I migrated from Sweden to Spain ten years ago. In Spain they take about 70 blood samples in a regular health check. In Sweden they only make tests if the doctor think it's needed.

Yes in US if you ask a doctor for specific tests they call you crazy. “I think this is all mods related that we can discuss at your next visit” is what my PCP told me about my autoimmune concerns. A new PCP referred me to the cancer center afraid he was missing something. He said probably autoimmune they can’t figure out. Well cancer center took one visual look at my outer appearance and within 20 seconds said “hi I’m doctor Hassan, there’s no way you have cancer” he said and he kind of laughed at the fact I was there. These are just some of the doctors that have severely hurt my health over the last 4 years. So tired of doctors dismissing people here in US. They think just because they can’t see it or they might not know, that must mean this person is crazy and their symptoms/illness does not exist. I have markers for sever inflammation. History of MS, diabetes etc. doctors don’t care. I go to neurologist for multilevel spondylosis and it causes me issues but my neurologist only talks about forcing insurance companies to cover nurtec. Yes this med has taken away the stroke symptoms I got with migraines and I’m thankful. But as far as taking control of my health, or preventative for more degeneration. Or anything, no I’m crazy. I need to see a psychologist etc. who do you call to get all these tests because here doctors say no.

Did you watch the full video? His information and advice was not gender specific. I get sick and tired or reading comments by people like your prattling on about menopause and wanting seperate research just for that stage in life. There are differences between males and females but overall pretty minimal.

@@GlennMarshallnz If you think a menopausal woman's health issues are the same as any other woman then you are ignorant.
There are several doctors on RUclips who do menopause specific content, so there's obviously a market for it.

Listening to this it's almost like what they did to us during the covid era was to reduce our life span. Isolation, reduced sunlight, stay indoors, fed stressful continuous news cycles, closed parks, beaches. Zero discussion around healthy diet ...offered crispy creme and fries in exchange for getting the jab.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL that you & your wife are BLESSED to work with your adult children, that have followed in your professional footsteps. Loved hearing you express thankfulness for this blessing! Also your discussion of "Broken Heart Syndrome" was very informative. Thank you for explaining this clearly as to how it affects a person both mentally and physically, and the connection to the brain & mortality from missing a loved one.

Steven, I have been watching your videos and re watching with family members. There is so much of valuable knowledge with these interviews. I LOVE your style of interviewing...I love how you ask questions on behalf of audiences that may not know the lingo experts of any field talk. You make them explain things in most simplified way that anyone can understand. That is for me makes your videos stand out than many others available on youtube.
