This is F Hero's song, but he made it a real collaboration with a pretty much even split between all three artists and they all blended and complemented each other so well. Bodyslam are (I understand) Thailand's biggest rock band. I have also read that most of their own work is a lot softer than this. BABYMETAL just make everything they touch turn to gold, they are so good.🦊 F Hero was the featured guest artist in 2019 on BABYMETAL's song 'PA PA YA'. He even flew to Japan to perform with BABYMETAL at the first two concerts of their 2019 tour and when they played in Bangkok last year he made another special guest appearance. Su-metal, Yuimetal and Moametal were the original members of BABYMETAL. They formed in 2010 when they were aged 12 and 11. Yuimetal last appeared in October 2017. She missed Su-metal's 20th birthday concerts in December 2017 pulling out at the last minute following advice from her doctor. She then missed the 2018 tour (Su and Moa did that supported by two dancers) and in October 2018 she announced that her health was still not fully recovered (it has never been revealed what was wrong with her) and although she had wanted to return to the stage she was not able to, so she had decided to leave the band to follow her own personal long held dreams ... nothing has been heard of her since. Su and Moa chose to continue as a duo through to their 10th anniversary. So from 2019 they were supported by 3 dancers (the Avengers Riho, Kano and Momoko) who would take turns dancing (but not singing) in the third spot. From about March 2020 only Momoko was left - Riho had started a solo career, Kano has her own group, so Momoko performed as the Avenger right through until BABYMETAL went on a hiatus in 2021 - they could not tour and they had reached their 10th anniversary. In January 2023 BABYMETAL returned with two shows in January and a new album released in March. On 1st April they played another concert - BABYMETAL Begins and at the end of that show Momoko was revealed as the new third member of the "new" BABYMETAL - the next night she performed her first show as Momometal with Su and Moa - and now she is all mic'd up and singing too. BABYMETAL have nearly 70 songs now, each one different to the last ...and no they don't release bad songs, no fillers - we really can't agree which is best even if there may be one or two songs that don't appeal to someone, those songs will be somebody else's top favourites. Live BABYMETAL is where they are at their best. The official videos are all very good and well worth seeing, but live is what they do best. They really are all killer, no filler. There are maybe 5 or 6 songs I think are OK at best, and only one I'd skip. But that one (No Rain No Rainbow) is one I know thousands of fans genuinely love and rate highly; they're not wrong either, I just don't like most ballads. Every other song is good to great to musical perfection. Like most Babymetal fans my top 10 list has about 30 songs on it, it would be near impossible to make a best of album.

Yui left in 2018 officially for undisclosed health reasons after nearly a year of absence. In March 2023 Momoko was officially announced as the new third Babymetal member. She has supported Babymetal as an avenger since 2019 and performed more than 30 shows with them before becoming the new member. She totally deserves that spot. She even got her own Momobanger (a special birthday version of “Headbanger”) at the Legend MM show in early March and did phenomenal!

They released an album last year, that is where Monochrome came from. Plus a couple new collabs, lots of live performances from the big Japanese shows last year and this year. This is an F. Hero song by the way and F. Hero and Bodyslam are both Thai.

Babymetal has never released a bad song. Not even an average song. Only great songs. At least that's my opinion. The only thing they were involved in that I thought was bad is a collaboration on a song by Lil Uzi.
That's kind of how I came to BM too. I saw them semi-randomly years ago on RUclips and then abandoned them for awhile, cuz I assumed they wouldn't last into adulthood. But beating expectations is what they do best. Now I've been nuts about them for the last year. To answer your question about whether they ever have bad songs... in my opinion the only "bad" BM song is BBAB, but it's the only song in their catalog they've never done live, so I think they never expected it to be taken super seriously.

The classic BM lineup (2010-2017) consists of Su-metal, Moametal & Yuimetal. A lot of fans, even newly converts, still cannot let go of that era, which also included the beloved (East) Kami band, a quartet that featured mainly Ohmura, Leda, Mikio (RIP) & Isao rotating on guitar, BOH on bass, Aoyama on drums. Starting with the 2019 US summer tour, BM has increasingly performed with a new West Kami band (featuring American musicians), as the originals were too busy to continue committing on lengthy overseas tours. Yui abruptly missed the 'Legend S Baptism XX' gigs in early Dec 2017, whose RUclips highlights are rarely allowed (presumably out of consideration for her). This is unfortunate, since those shows (a) celebrated Su's 20th birthday (singing updated 'Headbanger' lyrics, before Moa & Momo went viral with their birthday versions in 2019 & 2024); (b) BM performed as a duo throughout, with the rare sight of Moa soloing all the choreography & the heavier 'Black Babymetal' songs by herself. It's available on Blu-ray, however. Yui continued to be sidelined, missing the 2018 World Tour before formally leaving BM before the Japan leg. That year is known collectively as the 'Chosen Seven' era, when BM experimented performing as (a) a quartet in the USA & Europe legs (heavily cosplayed with headgear & eye makeup, plus the so-called 'Musclemetals' Minami & Minako unmiked in joining Moa as backing dancers); (b) as a septet (Su, Moa, Minami, Minako, Saya, Kotono, Shoko) for the Japan gigs; & (c) finally as a trio (Saya) for the Oceania shows. Next up was the Avengers era (2019 to March 2023), which featured a new trio (Riho, Kano, Momo) taking turns to fill in as the unmiked third BM member for the US summer & subsequent world tours (Japan & Europe). Before Covid halted air travel after March 2020, Momo had more or less become the only available Avenger. She was officially promoted full-time (Momometal) after BM decided to promote again as a trio with their fourth album 'The Other One'. I assume you're already familiar with the latter album's songs. Elsewhere, BM has also collaborated four times so far during & after the pandemic ended. Namely (a) an album track 'The End' with rapper Lil Uzi Vert (no MV or live takes yet); (b) the single 'Metali' with Tom Morello (onscreen) on guitar (joyous live MV + many BM fancams); (c) the single 'Kingslayer' with Bring Me The Horizon (2020 song release, certified sales discs in the UK, Australia & Brazil; initial fan mashup videos, then fancams when BM guested BMTH's Nxt_Fest gigs in late 2023, culminating in an exhilarating live MV before Xmas); & this current single with F.Hero & Bodyslam. I see that some of the Babymetal heavy hitters have already commented so it'll be hard for me to not repeat the knowledge I'm sure they've already dropped. That said here are my comments. Glad you're enjoying Babymetal so much. Seriously what's not to enjoy. I'm pretty sure the India themed song you mentioned was "Shanti, Shanti, Shanti" which is I believe four years old. That's to say you have seen at least one video with the mature ladies. If you really want to see them now at their best I'd just search *Babymetal Live at PIA Arena 2023*. Every performance from those two nights are just fire and it'll get you back in the flow really quickly. p.s. Yui was not replaced. Both Moa and Yui were 11 years old. All three girls were friends and classmates who attended an idol group (Sakura Gakuin) founded in 2010 by Amuse Talent Agency for girls 10 to 15. Themed around school life (they attended regular school as well) the girls would learn and train at vocals, dancing, public speaking and etiquette, etc., graduate at age 15 and then move onto whatever entertainment path they chose or that suited their talents. Key Kobayashi was a music producer for Amuse and heard Suzuka sing at age 9 and was impressed with her strong vocals and stage presence. Kobayashi was a fan of heavy metal but believed that the genre had become stale and tired (especially in Japan) with metal bands getting old Kobayashi believed the genre needed to be reborn (BabyMetal means the birth of a new metal genre). Kobayashi felt that Suzuka had the ability to front a metal band and that her vocals and presence could withstand the metal guitars and drums. The fusion of Jpop and Metal began. He placed Moa and Yui as backup singers/dancers and a phenomenon was about to result. In the beginning Amuse showed little interest and the girls had minimal financing. They performed at strip malls and small venues borrowing clothes for shows from friends and family. No money for a real band they had friends dressed in homemade skeleton costumes pretending to play instruments to a backtrack. They quickly became a sensation (these young ladies paid their dues). Amuse saw the potential and in 2012 hired the best session musicians Japan had to offer (The Kami Band) who tours with them today (now includes world class musicians from the USA for tours outside of Asia). If you choose to explore more of BabyMetal I suggest reacting to HQ pro shot videos of LIVE performances instead of official MV's (the reason is that the vast majority of MV's use studio audio over LIVE footage AND without the awesome Kami Band instrumentals) They have over 60 LIVE songs/performances and each one is different. Yui stopped performing in 2017 due to health reasons, and officially left in 2018. They used a rotating cast of three backup dancers to fill the spot until last year when Momo officially became a member. What happened with the lineup is that Yuimetal retired from Babymetal in due to illness in 2018. For the next five years Babymetal continued with just Su-metal and Moametal, but they used a backing dancer for live performances in Yui's old spot. Momoko Okazaki was one of the backing dancers, known as the "Avengers" for four years, before officially joining Babymetal as the new third member in April 2023. The Indian sounding song you heard is called "Shanti, Shanti, Shanti".
To be precise the song was composed for them and Bodyslam play so hard for theem, it helps that their guitaris is a Babymetal Fan. And thisctime Momo and Moa have to prove that they can sing, while Su has to hrmonize. Yui had to leave due to health reasons and then they had the big Problem that their best dancer Was messing and a replacement had to be found while the fandom was growling we don't want a Yui replacement, we want Yui. Obviously a lot of the fans never knew the problems of dancers. This is the reason why dance groups are so big you Qualifying replacements in zhe background. So they had to teich Moa to be the first dancer and dance leader and then they had to find a new dancer, so 2019 the put the Avenger System in place . A group of three dancers and every concert one of them would be used. It became more and more obvious that momoko would be the dancer. Sincec2020 Babymetal was isolated due to Corona so they had very few concerts. And in the April 2023 Momoko became the New Babymetal (she got a Mic, was involved in Interviews and so on.
BABYMETAL. What's not to love about them? These women are opening so many doors to rock, metal and girl bands. Did you notice how many bands with female members began to show up since they started? And how many Japanese bands also appeared on the scene? I can mention Japanese bands HANABIE, MAXIMUM THE HORMONE, BAND MAID, OTOBOKKE BEAVER and WAGAKKI BAND. Not to mention bands with women, like MANESKIN, THE WARNING, PLUSH, BULLY and other bands from Europe and USA. ALSO: F.HERO and BODY SLAM are from Thailand. ASIA IS ON POINT!

How the hell is MAYA a indian style song? I would say from the other one album only METALIZM is even close to a indian sound and even that is more middle eastern sound than indian.

In January 2023 BABYMETAL returned with two shows in January and a new album released in March. On 1st April they played another concert - BABYMETAL Begins and at the end of that show Momoko was revealed as the new third member of the "new" BABYMETAL - the next night she performed her first show as Momometal with Su and Moa - and now she is all mic'd up and singing too.
BABYMETAL have nearly 70 songs now, each one different to the last ...and no they don't release bad songs, no fillers - we really can't agree which is best even if there may be one or two songs that don't appeal to someone, those songs will be somebody else's top favourites.
Live BABYMETAL is where they are at their best. The official videos are all very good and well worth seeing, but live is what they do best. Pick any song .... did you see 'Monochrome' live at PIA Arena yet?

They really are all killer, no filler. There are maybe 5 or 6 songs I think are OK at best, and only one I'd skip. But that one (No Rain No Rainbow) is one I know thousands of fans genuinely love and rate highly; they're not wrong either, I just don't like most ballads. Every other song is good to great to musical perfection. Like most Babymetal fans my top 10 list has about 30 songs on it, it would be near impossible to make a best of album.

Yui left in 2018 officially for undisclosed health reasons after nearly a year of absence. In March 2023 Momoko was officially announced as the new third Babymetal member. She has supported Babymetal as an avenger since 2019 and performed more than 30 shows with them before becoming the new member. She totally deserves that spot. She even got her own Momobanger (a special birthday version of “Headbanger”) at the Legend MM show in early March and did phenomenal!

That's kind of how I came to BM too. I saw them semi-randomly years ago on RUclips and then abandoned them for awhile, cuz I assumed they wouldn't last into adulthood. But beating expectations is what they do best. Now I've been nuts about them for the last year. To answer your question about whether they ever have bad songs... in my opinion the only "bad" BM song is BBAB, but it's the only song in their catalog they've never done live, so I think they never expected it to be taken super seriously.

The classic BM lineup (2010-2017) consists of Su-metal, Moametal & Yuimetal. A lot of fans, even newly converts, still cannot let go of that era, which also included the beloved (East) Kami band, a quartet that featured mainly Ohmura, Leda, Mikio (RIP) & Isao rotating on guitar, BOH on bass, Aoyama on drums. Starting with the 2019 US summer tour, BM has increasingly performed with a new West Kami band (featuring American musicians), as the originals were too busy to continue committing on lengthy overseas tours.
Yui abruptly missed the 'Legend S Baptism XX' gigs in early Dec 2017, whose RUclips highlights are rarely allowed (presumably out of consideration for her). This is unfortunate, since those shows (a) celebrated Su's 20th birthday (singing updated 'Headbanger' lyrics, before Moa & Momo went viral with their birthday versions in 2019 & 2024); (b) BM performed as a duo throughout, with the rare sight of Moa soloing all the choreography & the heavier 'Black Babymetal' songs by herself. It's available on Blu-ray, however.
Yui continued to be sidelined, missing the 2018 World Tour before formally leaving BM before the Japan leg. That year is known collectively as the 'Chosen Seven' era, when BM experimented performing as (a) a quartet in the USA & Europe legs (heavily cosplayed with headgear & eye makeup, plus the so-called 'Musclemetals' Minami & Minako unmiked in joining Moa as backing dancers); (b) as a septet (Su, Moa, Minami, Minako, Saya, Kotono, Shoko) for the Japan gigs; & (c) finally as a trio (Saya) for the Oceania shows.
Next up was the Avengers era (2019 to March 2023), which featured a new trio (Riho, Kano, Momo) taking turns to fill in as the unmiked third BM member for the US summer & subsequent world tours (Japan & Europe). Before Covid halted air travel after March 2020, Momo had more or less become the only available Avenger. She was officially promoted full-time (Momometal) after BM decided to promote again as a trio with their fourth album 'The Other One'.
I assume you're already familiar with the latter album's songs. Elsewhere, BM has also collaborated four times so far during & after the pandemic ended. Namely (a) an album track 'The End' with rapper Lil Uzi Vert (no MV or live takes yet); (b) the single 'Metali' with Tom Morello (onscreen) on guitar (joyous live MV + many BM fancams); (c) the single 'Kingslayer' with Bring Me The Horizon (2020 song release, certified sales discs in the UK, Australia & Brazil; initial fan mashup videos, then fancams when BM guested BMTH's Nxt_Fest gigs in late 2023, culminating in an exhilarating live MV before Xmas); & this current single with F.Hero & Bodyslam.

First of all generally a good reaction for me personally. I see that some of the Babymetal heavy hitters have already commented so it'll be hard for me to not repeat the knowledge I'm sure they've already dropped. That said here are my comments. Glad you're enjoying Babymetal so much. Seriously what's not to enjoy. I'm pretty sure the India themed song you mentioned was "Shanti, Shanti, Shanti" which is I believe four years old. That's to say you have seen at least one video with the mature ladies. If you really want to see them now at their best I'd just search *Babymetal Live at PIA Arena 2023*. Every performance from those two nights are just fire and it'll get you back in the flow really quickly. p.s. Yui was not replaced. She ultimately had to leave Babymetal due to still undisclosed health reasons. Momo whom you saw in this video is the new permanent member of Babymetal. Just not a replacement.

BabyMetal began in 2010 there were Suzuka Nakamoto age 12 Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno. Both Moa and Yui were 11 years old. All three girls were friends and classmates who attended an idol group (Sakura Gakuin) founded in 2010 by Amuse Talent Agency for girls 10 to 15. Themed around school life (they attended regular school as well) the girls would learn and train at vocals, dancing, public speaking and etiquette, etc., graduate at age 15 and then move onto whatever entertainment path they chose or that suited their talents.
Key Kobayashi was a music producer for Amuse and heard Suzuka sing at age 9 and was impressed with her strong vocals and stage presence. Kobayashi was a fan of heavy metal but believed that the genre had become stale and tired (especially in Japan) with metal bands getting old Kobayashi believed the genre needed to be reborn (BabyMetal means the birth of a new metal genre). Kobayashi felt that Suzuka had the ability to front a metal band and that her vocals and presence could withstand the metal guitars and drums. The fusion of Jpop and Metal began. He placed Moa and Yui as backup singers/dancers and a phenomenon was about to result.
In the beginning Amuse showed little interest and the girls had minimal financing. They performed at strip malls and small venues borrowing clothes for shows from friends and family. No money for a real band they had friends dressed in homemade skeleton costumes pretending to play instruments to a backtrack.
They quickly became a sensation (these young ladies paid their dues).
Amuse saw the potential and in 2012 hired the best session musicians Japan had to offer (The Kami Band) who tours with them today (now includes world class musicians from the USA for tours outside of Asia).
If you choose to explore more of BabyMetal I suggest reacting to HQ pro shot videos of LIVE performances instead of official MV's (the reason is that the vast majority of MV's use studio audio over LIVE footage AND without the awesome Kami Band instrumentals)
They have over 60 LIVE songs/performances and each one is different. They are fearless exploring many genres and have the respect of the legends of Metal such as Metallica, Slipknot, Rob Zombie, Dragonforce, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Judas Priest and more.
Avoid Glastonbury LIVE performances as the sound production by the BBC (who was in charge of that festival did a terrible job - mics not turned on, incorrect volume levels, etc.)

What happened with the lineup is that Yuimetal retired from Babymetal in due to illness in 2018. For the next five years Babymetal continued with just Su-metal and Moametal, but they used a backing dancer for live performances in Yui's old spot. Momoko Okazaki was one of the backing dancers, known as the "Avengers" for four years, before officially joining Babymetal as the new third member in April 2023.

To be precise the song was composed for them and Bodyslam play so hard for theem, it helps that their guitaris is a Babymetal Fan. And thisctime Momo and Moa have to prove that they can sing, while Su has to hrmonize. Yui had to leave due to health reasons and then they had the big Problem that their best dancer Was messing and a replacement had to be found while the fandom was growling we don't want a Yui replacement, we want Yui. Obviously a lot of the fans never knew the problems of dancers. This is the reason why dance groups are so big you Qualifying replacements in zhe background. So they had to teich Moa to be the first dancer and dance leader and then they had to find a new dancer, so 2019 the put the Avenger System in place . A group of three dancers and every concert one of them would be used. It became more and more obvious that momoko would be the dancer. Sincec2020 Babymetal was isolated due to Corona so they had very few concerts. And in the April 2023 Momoko became the New Babymetal (she got a Mic, was involved in Interviews and so on.
