- this was one of my favorite solo trips this year here in korea - i had visited pohang about 5 years ago with kurt, but i'm so glad i came back again! this is my last video of 2022 so i'm sending you love always and hope you have a wonderful end of the year! see you in 2023 :)

I really love this video! When my husband and I went to Jeju Island a few months ago we hiked Seongsan Ilchulbong at sunrise and experienced something similar. When the sun finally crossed the horizon everyone there collectively gasped and then clapped. It made the whole experience so much more magical.
I'm spending Christmas alone this year, and this felt like postcards from a friend, thank you! 🥰 I loved seeing everybody cheering on the sunrise, humans are so cute sometimes. ✨

The spacewalk looks like something a person should try once. It looks like a solid structure. There were so many people on there though. Cafe Arrangement was ginormous.
one problem i had traveling alone in Korea was finding places to eat alone. i didn’t want to do fast food, but most places that i wanted to try, served like super huge servings. 😅 and with my limited Korean it made it harder to figure out if the restaurant serves for a single person.
anyway, i think i did have mulhwae (sp?) at Busan. it was one of the most amazing dish i had this last trip. so many flavors in one dish.
Pohang looks great. will need to plan trip next time I’m in Korea.
