    I just found a bunch of these the other day. Had so many I dehydrated most of them. .

      @@goodthrillhunting They threw me off at first because they aren't native, but they are common enough to be on the cover of a book I have.

    Thank you for all the information. I've never tried them before or a lot of other edible mushrooms. I could eat morel mushrooms every day. 😋

    Look alike for golden oyster is maybe a Jack-o-latern but they are orange where these are whiteish to dark yellow.

      @@shannonshull6989 that's a fair statement. Good to know some key differences, where Jack-o'-lanterns glow in the dark and Oysters smell like licorice.
