That's this kind of Racing videos I have searched for in years! It's just like in Gran Turismo. When I was a kid I have never found any of these, now I finally found them!!
Both R35 and Lambo are the only stock car yet the R35 have the second best time attack lap time, just 1.767 second behind the race car F460 GT. Also ran a 3rd best lap time. The Nissan doesn't have traction issue, it needs more power to be quicker on straights.
@Curveball The point is, a race between fast cars doesn't mean that it has to be all stock cars on the grid. Whenever a highly tuned Gt-R vs a stock Ferrari or Porsche & wins it, there's nothing wrong with it. But when a modified Ferrari & Porsche vs a stock Gt-R etc, some started to ask the point of such race..
@Curveball The point is the two modded supercars against each others. The fact that there are other cars on the track is to show how good is the work of the modifiers against some of the fastest stock supercars. And as you can see , with an extra lap , the Lambo could pass a higly tuned Porsche.
i think the GT-R was the best even though it came 4th. it was packed closely with the Manthey M700, Idingpower Ferrari F460GT and the Lamborghini LP560-4. considering both the GT-R and Lamborghini are both stock cars and the GT-R costs around £70,000 for the stock version i believe it preformed best!
@chaouki1393 There's no cheat..a fair race but between modified & stock supercars. As for the Porsche (Manthey M700), it is a highly-tuned car looking at its bhp that almost reach 700, but the Ferrari F430(F460 GT) is not that highly-tuned..only it's body that has been modified pretty radically, but its engine was tweaked with only 32bhp added from the normal / stock (from 483bhp to 515bhp), but with a help from a slick tyres.
Ferrari was the only car with slick tires in this battle :P Also, Tsuchiya usually chooses the strongest car since Gan-san doesn't participate any more.
lol When an European car wins, almost no complaints. But When GTR or Japanese car wins, a lot of ”fake race" or "yeah this is a Japanese program so they promote Japanese cars..." comments. These teenagers think that power is everything about fast cars? Just watch Touge races that GTR with 800hp was destroyed by S2000 with 300~hp and Rx7 with 500hp. In small circuit or circuits with a lot of technical sections, your favorite supercars can't perform at its full potential and can be beaten by less power cars. In Nikko circuit, for example, even MRs with 200hp can beat lambo
The reason for that is when they drive porsches they brake very early or misshift a lot. Ive looked a couple of "GTR vs..." Battles now and its very obvious. I remember one battle, where the GTR was in 2nd Position in the final lap. Suddenly there is a "Bonus Lap" where the GTR could pass the other car and win. Ridiculous.

I think the Spec V should already have been 600bhp aleast. There is talk that the Spec V is pulling around 520bhp but #nissan have not released any number I wonder why?
Jesus christ look at how the M700 accelerates the speedometer goes up so quickly it's more like the tachometer 150-200kph in under 3s !?? & The GT-R and the Exige is also awesome really, look at the stability of the GT-R on the last corner !!!! & Check out the tiny Lotus as well , even being so underpowered on this power circuit it still manages to stay within 2-3 s on lap times. Incredibles cars for this battle !!!!
the point of this race is also to show the diffence between racing tuned cars and stock fast cars. I think the drivers didnt know that bunch of trolls and fanboys are gone go wild on youtube comment section.
the race wasn;t just a matter of car performance on the track, it also depended on the drivers Tsuchiya kept doing late braking on the corners, if the round was longer than 3 laps, it might have been a different result. (who knows, maybe the GTR would have lasted better?)
I just dig the fast cars and the fact that I don't understand a word these guys are saying LOL... They are all clearly having fun. All cars are clearly very fast. All drivers clearly talented - let's be honest with ourselves here. Who can drive the 'beejeezus' out of any of these cars? I'm a decent driver, but I can't! Who cares which one is fastest? Definitely the driver of Ferrari was playing a huge part in his win. He passed several times by braking much later than the other guys. On straight, we saw that the Ferrari was slower than the Porsche, and this proofs my point.
@masonizere A good condition R34 GTR costs about € 30.000 in Netherland. importet from uk. A Good condetion R35 GTR will cost at least € 80.000 over here, importet or not. has to do with taxes.
That 996 has incredible brakes; it looks like the car is stretching the S-tires to their limits. And it looks like Lamborghini has finally addressed the dynamics issue with their all-wheel drive system after being absorbed by Audi. The old Gallardo's AWD was a load of rubbish.
why did they put the poor little Exige here on a large, high-speed track? it has the fastest cornering speeds here though, and would destroy anything on a tight track..

I do not get caught up in the BS like "Well the Porsche costs 100k+, then 40K on mods, let me put the difference in mods into *add cheaper car here* and we'll see who wins." That reasoning is pointless, because you HAD to mod your car to beat the other. So your car must not have been as good as the one that you barely beat with mods on yours.
@masonizere i can buy a r34 v-spec lightly tuned 500HP for about € 30.000,- hier in Netherland. R35 cost over € 125.000- :S and many think the r34 is the best gtr ever. so its cool to drive a r34. especially if you dont have a reach dad.

F460 is very fast. a real legend. GTR shows that you can get the same performance and pay only the half of the price. for the lotus :D if you need real performance better get a R34 GTR V-SPEC
Well I guess not really..coz how good Tsuchiya is, after all it still depends a lot on the power of the car..where obviously the Exige has far lower bhp than the rest of the field. He'll lose anyway.
Gt-r is impressive an all that but the fact that Lp560 was keeping up with a 700 hp car in straights is more amazing Lp560 was is and will be faster than Gt-r so Ferrari 458 is not the only faster super car than Gt-r GT-r is mad ass, but not the best
Bad drivers in the Porsche and Ferrari. Porsche has Semis and much more power, yet couldn't pull away. And the Ferrari with its Slicks should have gotten 1st place much sooner. Anyway, the track is great. Wish to see more battles here.

why is you bitchass complaining, there is a light nimble car in this pack, cant get any more light then a lotus realy and it got beat.
