I may do more videos where i base myself at one location rather than compile a lot from the same area. I really enjoyed Derby and managed to see 6 class 37s move and several more in the test centre
There appears to be a lot of inspections and testing going on, probably finding out what needs to be done with regard to repairs or replacements before the proper Winter weather hits us. These diesel beasts should have another decade or more in them yet before they get replaced?
@@StagecoachMANALX300 the test centre where all those test trains are based is right beside Derby station so all test trains leaving the test centre have to enter the station to reverse or continue through. It may seem like a lot of test trains but in fact this is quite normal especially later in the day where they leave for overnight testing all over the uk. I totally get what you mean about them having a few more years in them and hopefully so
