    Just a tip that everyone may already know, but when replacing light bulbs of any size good to go back and wipe them clean with a soft tissue. Oils from skin can reflect and insulate heat unevenly shorting the bulb life.

      I had a light bulb spontaneously explode into a million pieces while blow drying my hair. It was a regular bulb in the vanity and I was looking in the mirror and this bulb popped and sprayed glass everywhere.

    • @patrickd.3681
      @patrickd.3681 Год назад +4

      Here is another piece of advice to add to that. When replacing a bulb, you can also wear gloves while doing so.

      @@patrickd.3681 and then proceed to wipe the bulb clean for good measure and probably just for the hell of it

    A mi juicio lo que usted ha hecho no lo calificaría como mera restauración, no. Usted ha dado resurrección a una obra de ingeniería a la que pocos mortales se enfrentarían. Es un juguete, pero no es "cosa de juegos".
    Tenga usted todo mi respeto y admiración.

    Ah j'avais déjà laissé un commentaire, mais je viens de me faire "piégé" une nouvelle fois en regardant de nouveau et en entier, cette vidéo sur un jouet qui a marqué mon enfance. Sorti du carton pour faire jouer mon fils aîné dans mon jardin à Brunoy, avenue de la Forêt, il l'a laissée sur le muret entourant le jardin, quand je m'en suis aperçu c'était trop tard.C'était dans le milieu des années 70 et j'y pense encore. Collectionneur et modéliste ferroviaire je suis inconsolable. Elle était en super état. Qu'est-elle devenue aujourd’hui ? J'en parle au féminin car, évidemment, pour tout le monde c'était une Micheline. JEP for ever ! J'avais oublié de m'abonner, c'est fait.

    Excellent. Also, I really like your editing; we see just enough to see what's going on, without having to watch every single rivet polished (for example).
