well done for this one Edo! Can you tell me the distance between the holes of blade of the slimline? The down blade. Approximately center to center screw to screw. Check the battery voltage or even try to replace the battery. Do you know about electronics? Any voltometer? I would check the motor in different battery also. Also check for the cam follower sometimes it's tricky. Is it moving free well or does it stuck anywhere even for a bit? they can be so tricky but so well done for this all
@@edounboxingofficial I would like to know the distance hole to hole of the bottom andis blade. For future modding on my chinese trimmers. If possible of you to see.
@@edounboxingofficial So it seems to be the problem with the cam follower or the battery do not have the power to support. If possible check well the cam follower and lube everything up. It more seems like battery problem. Is it chinese of low grade?
Yes, yes, yes, yes another good one. Can't wait to see it
But rpm not so good
Good job on this build find you a stronger motor if you can and you will have a killer trimmer
Thnx bro, I think the motor is ok but there is something that I'm missing. This motor got 7000rpm without blade
@@edounboxingofficial yea u shouldn't lose but about 1000 rpm's with the blade
@@desmondmitchell5602 I fail on this built bro😭😭😭

@@edounboxingofficial wie viel rpm hat der trimmer?
@@bilalk8236 5500rpm, es sollte ab 6000rpm sein
@@edounboxingofficial ja hast recht 5500 rpm ist schon zu wenig

2pcs For MABUCHI FF-180SH-2290 DC3.7V 7700RPM Metal Brush DC Motor
The motor is good cuz I tested the motor with another trimmer and it was superb 👌. I guess it has to be the housing or the bracket
The front tip of the motor must have like a ball point
Cheap motor and battery
Without blade the rpm is 7000rpm
The reason your trimmer is not performing is the front tip of your motor is not correct
Is it too deep in cam follower?
I bought that motor of mine on ebay last year I don't know if you will still get it
Put a tattoo motor
The motor îs week
No its not the motor. I tested the motor with another trimmer
