The early to mid 90s when social media didn't exist and the world was something to still be excited about. Especially in movies and entertainment. I was so young. A 90s kid
@Issan Cali Reject Yea the prospect of it was exciting. A whole new way of seeing and experiencing the world as things were developing. But now it's just a cesspool for division and nonsense. The world before was much more better in comparison because people could think for themselves.
First, this is just peak 90s for me. My cells vibrate with the jingles from this year. Second, that Bulls promo was a major missed opportunity for Un-Bull-ievable as the slogan.
Even though 2/11/93 was on a Thursday, it feels so good viewing this video on a Saturday, along with your other 90's videos on Saturdays; I can't explain it, but it's like I'm 8 years old, watching these on TV during the weekend. Very cathartic.
I’d go back to half the commercials and advertisements being for psychics over all the medication ads we have now. This is nostalgic and hilarious to look back on but can you imagine in 20 years when there is a compilation video of “commercials from the 2010s!” and it’s all pharmaceutical commercials? Depressing.
Clorox Soft Scrub- That's some impressive animation of the bathtub in this commercial. Live Psychic Hotline- I like how in these commercials, they imply that calling the hotline to talk to a psychic would be the answer to people's problems, and yet they add the disclaimer, "For Entertainment Purposes Only ".
WGN Chicago Bulls Promo-EMF:"That didnt sound like us.." American Psychic Association-in case you missed what was said by the two individuals,we'll display it while you write down the number. Blue Steel-very good movie..R.I.P Ron Silver and Elizabeth Pena

It literally makes my day when you upload a new vol.
I have a regular posting schedule, I upload new videos on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
@@80sCommercialVault I've been enjoying this channel since 2014 💕

This was totally worth it for the psychic ads!
Who knew we had so many psychics back then? I wonder where they all went… 😉
Omg the background music for the American Psychic Association is still my phone company’s hold music!!

WGN always had some good stuff back then
6:13 I didn't know that there was a commercial for the military drafting service at all but this is nice.
That Maytag commercial at 11:44 is narrated by Fred Gwynne aka Herman Munster.
3:05 - The Money Pit...Yeah, the movie is cheesy, but it's a comfort film for me that I always find myself watching if I come across it.
I like that movie. Good one from the “HaHa Hanks” period of his career.
Right when Michael Jordan, Phil Jackson, and the Chicago Bulls were in their heyday in Chicago. Great times. ^_^

I always hated the taste of Robitussin. As a kid, my mom would force that crap down my throat every time I had a slight cough
NyQuil. That stuff is still rancid! And the Cherry one tasted even worse!
@@WhiteScarsEmo the taste of Nyquil wasn't so bad, but the way it makes you feel. Screw that!
Funny, I love the taste of Robitussin. It and Mucinex are my go-tos when I have a cold. Everybody's different.
8:35 - Huh. No idea they put adult beverages in those little boxes...
I think this was one of the reasons Boku didn't do very well - it looked like an Ocean Spray rip-off or something.
The Home Alone Parents are "David and Sharon Schoo", who left their two daughters, ages 9 and 4, at home alone while they went on vacation to Mexico.
Yep, I remember that case!
The Las Vegas commercial also features singer Paul Anka at 3:01 .
The psychic commercial lolol
Ah, the good old Sybaris!
What was the point of repeating, in quotations, what those people said in those psychic ads?
