Thank you so much for your informative videos doctor 🙏🏻 I just have a question please Did you mean when you did ((aqua care)) for composite before cementation that you used sandblasting??
2 questions, doctor. Is a zirconia onlay possible, from a financial stand point? Second question, how do you combat the possibility of the tooth moving or outgrowing from the time you take the scan to the final cementation of the onlay?
Answers: 1. Yes, a Zir onlay is possible, but much more difficult to “bond” to the tooth structure. I only use Lissi Press lithium disilicate ceramic for my Onlays. 2. I temporize all my Onlay preparations with Luxatemp (or any other Bis-acrylic). I “cement” them using flowable composite. This keeps them in place and makes it easy to remove. Thanks for watching!
Thanks Dr.Romero, I have one question, dont you treat the surface of the lithium disilicate onlay? I mean dont you place, flurhidric acid, prime and bond plus silane on it?
@@carlosnieto7870 Yes, all those steps are followed but they are not part of this webinar. We have a full webinar on that specific topic that you can watch. Thanks for your question.
@@JA-vr1tz I mention a good one by Sema Belli on the webinar. Look for it and read. It will help you understand traditional vs biomimetic approach. It also has good bibliography so you can search for more. Hope this helps.
The concept is amazing. I love it. And you explained it so conveniently. Thank you master for sharing this.

Why no fibre class pole in the last case ?
@@JA-vr1tz I don’t use post anymore (fiber or metal). Using polyethylene fibers is the way to go today (based on science).
@@romerodentalseminars would you mind Sharing publications on that ?
