1/2" PVC, cut to desired height
8x 1/2" PVC corner Tees.
Zip Ties
Something to cut PVC with
Something to cut everything else
And there you have it, the minimum effort to make a semi-permanent dart catcher/net with. Yes, it could be much nicer and use a bunch of EVA foam (and I'm going to upgrade it so), but I wanted to make this as easy as possible because a lot of you don't need to go overboard to keep the darts off your floor. The only upgrade from here I'd recommended is cutting the bottom of the bag open and putting the bag so it dumps darts into a bucket to make gathering them easier.

0:58-1:08 jolt level video production value = Perfect ^_^ Love it!
Obviously this isn't it's final form, I wanted to get the base thing down before I started doing crazy stuff like adding EVA foam and shaping everything the way I wanted. This is just the bare-bones, "I want a thing to catch darts but I want to be able to easily stand it up and move it around without much effort put into crafting things". Coop's is friggin' pretty and awesome but I don't think I have the patience to build something like that right now.
Now I can finish cleaning up the shop!
Gotta get some Artiste to make a gaping Walrus Maw to shoot into
Oh good! I thought my basement was the only one flooded with foam darts
What if we find a way to funnel the catcher into an infinus...
This should be top comment.
Funnel it into a Commandfire.
I did something similar to this, I cut the opposite sides of a large box , leaving a two inch frame along the outside. Then I cut another box the same size leaving a two inch frame. I hung some sheet plastic cut into vertical strips and hung them on the openings of the first box. I then placed the second box after the first with the openings lined up with each other.
This worked great for all my blasters up to and including my K25 MEGAburn.
If you cut the bottom of the bag open, you could use it to funnel into a bucket.
That looks like an improvment on the one Captain Xavier uses, also made out of PVC pipe, netting, and zip ties.
If you cant find heavy enough netting to seal up the gaps, you could use fabric remnants. They are usually fairly cheap and wouldn't be be too hard to hang.
Crap, I WAAAAAAY over complicated mine...
Might have to step back and go this route. Great work, man. I can always appreciate the fat and lazy approach. Thanks.
I bet your thing is like at least 4,915,039% cooler though.
Lazy People make the best inventions.
They are efficient. ;)
You're just like me, whenever I'm doing a video, I start to say "CPVC" when it's just "PVC". It drives me nuts when I have a thought train going and my tong just gets stuck on it.
But now I can at least share my agony with someone.
Looks good. Built mine from Costco Turbo Advance shipping boxes, shopping bags sliced to dangly ribbons and a piece of fabric. And hot glue, sticks and sticks of the stuff
Adding a slight bit of weight (like sinkers for fishing) to the bottom of the catch nets should prevent the rounds from bouncing off the back wall because the added weight will restore the net to the down position faster
They get in all of the places...... Including the litter box.
With or without the cats help
Stitch the two netting bits together with strong and cut a hole in bottom of the net and put it in a bucket. Easy to empty then. Maybe more Luchathor=more beer=more darts lol. Enjoy.Great vid as always.ThankQ. TkEZ>UK

This is sweet. A dart catcher on the cheap. Nice work thank you for posting your version. Keep up the great content.
Needs some target-graphics. I can see me building one of these and turning it into a "Dartboard Of Hate." >w>
The top loader version would allow for more deceleration and more baffles could also be used, that said the wider front opening is pretty cool.
Yup, like everyone else I think I'll hafta build one of these too... good job!
I found something your gonna wanna know about.
There is a way to dual wield stock roughcuts, it's a simple tool that sits on your belt
Just cut the bottom of the bag off and put it inside the bucket. Volia! Easy Empty!
That's what I figured he was going to do.
Read the description, I already put that in.
If you do the drop parts at an angle from the top front to the bottom back much fewer darts or ball will come out.
I think that the hanging sheets need to either be longer or have some weight on the bottom
You could've got a Vuku canvas wardrobe from Ikea.
👌👍😂 great video. I was just wondering the other day on what and how to make something like this with out spending much since I agree the actual ones are to much money for what they are. Great video
we're not gonna talk about the shimapan swarmfire? ok..
He’s got a vid on it lol
Cut a hole in the bottom of the laundry bag and add bucket
which is what I wrote in the description when I uploaded the video lol.
Cheap and effective
IKEA makes a portable pop up wardrobe that I use it has a zipper door that is like a flap so theres a like a opening just like what you made but it only cost like $15
Ziptie a washer or 2 to the bottom of the hanging curtain as a weight so high ROF doesn't effect it so much,
This will help me out a lot thanks
That’s awesome I wish I lived near you though I have so many Bills that I need to do
perhaps the ultimate lazyness would just be putting one of those hampers on their side, attaching that netting, and then putting that on table, which I think I'm gonna do.
I love Baja blast is the best one ever
im gonna make one for my rival bawlz out of stripped paper and long cardboard rolls
I should build one of those.
Old video but a bike stand 6ft of PVC fitted bed sheet milk crates and some clamps I can build a 6 ft wide catcher in 3 min.
Why don’t you tell little bit of the net apart and then put a bucket under it
"Sweats Nervously"
Can you do another dollar store build?
Coup what are u doing? Walcum WERE GUNA MAKE A THING
Mosquito netting is pretty cheap.
Hey good vids!
Like#260 how does this not have more likes and views
Great question. I hate RUclips
Walcom S7 woah! A reply. Thanks man
Yeah this is indeed easier.
I blame Luchathor for the making of this video.
:D
Original Pitch Black > Baja Blast
You speak the truth. Although I miss Pitch Black II.
I feel like a billion times more effort was put into the video than the dart catcher which is kind of awesome?
Like 100x more effort in the editing, yeah.
Is this airsoft fo people who are to get shot
WOW!!!
10$ is the price of my nerf gun
Great video.....but does anyone else dance at the end with the music.....just me?.....ok....
Coop772 haha lol

nice design but overly complicated build.
