    Please someone answer, I am very anxious. I got 1ml lip filler for the first time 2 weeks ago. I hate the way they look but I am also afraid to dissolve them because of the horror stories I have read about dissolving. I am never going to touch filler again. Will my lips go back to my normal pre-treatment lips?

    Excellent video Emily! A must-see for anyone who has or is considering lip filler. After 3 treatments spaced out over 2 years, I have not needed any additional lip filler for 5 years. Never went back to baseline, not even close. FIVE YEARS and they still look the same... by just maintaining the results with periodic lip flips.

      Glad you enjoyed the video Carolina! I actually just had a patient who got filler done a few months ago and it’s almost gone. She has a history of fast metabolism of lip filler though so not surprised but definitely not the norm. Thanks for sharing your story!

    • @denisemiller1787

      @vickipedia3253 it's where they inject botox, just a small amount, into the top lip. Usually 4 to 6 units. It relaxes your upper lip and gives it a plumper look. It only lasts a few months but it gives the impression of a fuller lip. I get it to prolong my lip filler injections. Around here it's $75.00 to $100.00.

    I know your whole point is to make it look natural but is it bad that I like when mine DONT look natural??? I don’t want them ridiculous or crazy looking but if I did just enough to make them look “natural” I wouldn’t be happy with the results.

    • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  22 дня назад +1

      @@alymatos4363 No it’s not necessarily bad if they don’t look natural, if that is the look you are going for. A lot of ppl don’t mind their lips looking like they have been treated with filler. Not everyone wants the natural look, especially those who have lips who are thin. There is only so much filler that you can put in someone’s lips. Some people with smaller lips want to get to a larger lip size with filler, even if that means that their lips will look obviously injected. This is why a lot of women end up with unnatural looking lips, they, or in a lot of cases their injector was willing to push past the boundaries of their lip anatomy, in order to achieve a larger lip size. I choose to only provide natural looking results and that reason is very deep rooted on the theory of why beauty exists in the first place. I’ll be coming out with a video to explain the reasons why you may want to avoid looking fake. Thank you for your comment.

    Also do you also inject cheeks.
    Is 1ml diluted Radiesse (with saline 1:1) on each cheek still conservative?
    I feel like it distorted my face. Its full on on the apples of my cheeks. Only got it done to prevent retethering after subcision (for acne scars).
    So sad that in addition to the scaring my face now looks completly foreign and unflattering (and its Radiesse...so not dissolvable). Makes me depressed

    • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  Год назад

      Sorry to hear that. Yes I for sure inject cheeks. I cannot tell you if that’s conservative as I can’t see your face but the cheeks can take a good amount of filler, as opposed to the lips. Radiesse is very robust and it causes a lot of swelling, I feel more so than the hyaluronic acid type fillers. Not sure when you got injected but the swelling can last a few days

    I've always had thin lips that have gotten even thinner with age. Btw, even Mick Jagger's lips have gotten noticably thinner. It appears I'm a fast metabolizer and lip filler doesn't last as long as it should. My injector is also quite conservative so it's never overdone. My lips are also missing a defined border and the cupids bow. My injector does help with this by placing filler in a way that gives me more definition, but this is also the first part that disappears. I'm so happy just to have the appearance of lips. Looking at before and after photos I would be happy if my lips like those women's lips looked like before they ever had any filler!

    Can you do a video for those who want to build up their lips with 1/2 syringe and talk about botched first time 1/2 syringe if it could happen. Because sometimes we think it could only happen on Full syringe and not on the first time getting filler on 1/2 . I think I got botched it was my first time getting anything done I got 1/2 syringe because i have the top thinner. I wanted to start with 1/2 to mk them both same size then later I want it to get another 1/2 but I think im not any more. My top lip looks like migrated filler or they injected wrong.

And that i do have big lips, and bottom lip when we age goes under? So its hard to pull it out. But i forgot to ask if continued treatments can reach closet to results that i want. And how long should i wait to get 2nd filler? I was thinking maybe 6 months? Thank you kindly and have a blessed day🙏🧡

      Hi Giedre. As discussed in the video, I cannot tell you a safe time to get your second lip filler retouch. You have to take that up with your injector. As far as getting the results you want, I have no idea what type of results you want and what your natural lip shape looks like. I’ts true that we cannot totally change our lip shape with filler, we can enhance what we have. The upper and lower lip do lose volume with age. I do have virtual consults available in which I am able to give more specific advice because I’’ll be able to see your lips.

    There are studies and MRI that proof that fillers last up to 8 years. The thing is that the migrate and that's why you think there's no more filler. Hence the pillow face. Yes, even if you're filling your under eye area that filler will migrate to your cheeks so you'll end up looking all weird and older. If you fill your lips it can migrate to your nose, the gap between your nose and your upper lip (which will make you as well look much older) and to your chin area. Sometimes I do Botox or other neuromodulators to the lower lip if someone has lines to this area when they purse their lip but I am very conservative in the dosing as the lip flip to the lower lip doesn’t work the same as the upper lip. You can always have it dissolved.. For the first time for it to last that long is very very unusual

    Why is my doctor asking me to come 1 month after my first filler or Restylane Kysse 0.5ml so he can refill? He said this is so he could save the results.

      @@NaturalInjector No, turns out I went back yesterday and he said I didn’t need it and sent me home! I guess it was just consultation. He also massaged my lips a bit harder than I did because I have bumps. They are better now but I can still feel them. Any recommendations?

      @@nonamesinnombre666 That’s good to hear. I would follow the recommendations of your treating provider

    Do you respond? I need help! I’ve tried finding the info I need online but haven’t been successful in getting answers. I’ve had lip filler treatment several times from Ideal Image over the course of several years. I’ve tried juvederm and restylane and neither stay in my lips longer than 1-2 months. And I mean they COMPLETELY dissolve!! And I’ve done 1-2 full syringes in a single treatment and it doesn’t matter. I always take lots of photos to compare. Before treatment, right after treatment, 1 week after, 2 weeks…etc. So it’s not in my head. The last time I went in they recommend getting one full syringe of restylane and 5 weeks later getting one full syringe of juvederm. When I went in for the juvederm 5 weeks after restylane my lips were almost back to baseline already. I asked the nurse if that was normal and she just looked at me with a blank stare and wouldn’t really answer the question at first. Then she said they were way smaller than they should be. It’s now been one month since getting the juvederm and again, my lips are almost completely back to baseline again. Another issue is when I got the last restylane treatment a lot migrated below my bottom lip. I didn’t have any filler in my lips before that treatment. And then after my juvederm filler, I again had migration both on the upper lip and bottom lip. They tell me every time that the reason the filler is dissolving so fast is because I have a high metabolism but I don’t think I do. Also I don’t work out, I’m not in the sun, I stay hydrated, I don’t drink or smoke and my Botox treatments last 6 months! If my metabolism was the problem then wouldn’t those results be shorter too? I’m so confused and can’t figure out what’s going on. I just want fuller lips and I’ve spent thousands trying to achieve that to no avail. 😩 Is it possible they are mixing their filler with something else so I’m not getting as much as I should be? How quickly does a high metabolism make filler dissolve? I can’t seem to find that answer anywhere. Have you met other people that have the same exact issue? I’m hoping you can give me some insight.

      I have had one patient that I know of that seems to metabolize the filler within a matter of weeks but I only treated her one time and she says she has gotten treatment 2 times to her lips before and one of those treatments she says they used a full syringe and it was dissolved after a few weeks. I wouldn’t think they are mixing the filler with anything but please understand that I can I am limited in helping you as I have not seen you in person and there is only so much I can do via comments.

      @@NaturalInjector thank you so much for responding! I totally understand. If I lived in your area you’d be the first person I would want to book an appointment with. I’ve never been happy with my results even before they dissolve because my lips never look the same each time they’re done. They’re super lumpy, uneven, I have migration, and the nurses don’t know how to do different techniques of injecting to give different shapes. They just seem to know the basics to make lips bigger. That’s my fault for going to a big chain that’s not BBB accredited. I’ll be doing my research from now on! I have one more question if that’s ok. Are there any other types or brands of lip filler that maybe don’t use HA that my body might not break down as fast that I could try?

      @@El_B I don’t think it’s important to know different techniques. I think it’s more important to recognize the differences in the type of lips and know what the limitations are and to customize lip filler accordingly. Also the BBB does not credential medical practices and you don’t have to go to a big chain. All you need to do is find the right provider for you. HA filler is the only type you should inject into lips
