I’m consider myself a beginner at crochet since I’ve only made 4 items; a squared granny square, a hexagon granny square, a cell phone bag w/ shoulder strap, and a bath pouf. Watching you make this beanie have me excitement because I’m saying, “oh I can do that. That’s simple. Nope, I’m not lost. This is easy to follow along with”. Well as soon as I saw this i put what i was working on aside and pulled out a new yarn and started this hat...I love it...Thanks again Crystal for another great tutorial. It's cold here at the Ocean at Rehobeth Beach, Delaware wearing it already.
Very cool hat. Here in Australia the days are really warming up as Summer approaches , so I am looking for smaller projects that aren't lying across my lap. This is perfect . I can crochet my shawl until I overheat then I will definitely be making this . Hugs.

Beautiful, I just made this again in Lion brand Heartland in color Yosemite, it’s a really soft yarn and the color is a burnt orange or rust color. Hat turned out so pretty!! Thank you Crystal again for another winner!!

Since watching you this last few weeks I have been stocking up on yarn. Went to Michael’s after church and all their wool was on sale, not a big sale, but 2 and 3 dollars off each ball. Got some really nice stuff. I knit rather that crochet. I do know how to crochet, but mostly crochet blankets. Right now I am getting ready to open an Etsy store with 18 inch doll clothes, knitting and sewing.
