It’s always interesting to see how someone puts the holes in and how to stitch. I tend to be more precise with measuring, using a zero center ruler, but I think it all depends on what type of journal you are creating. One thing we both do and I think it’s so important is using a binder clip to hold our signature together for uniformity.
Thanks Lisa, yes for my own use, I tend to eyeball the measurements, but if I was making it for someone else, I would make a template to use. The binder clips are a life-saver, I agree! 💙💛

Thanks Jen, I am pleased I used the fabric inside, there was a moment of debate as to whether to use something else, but I love it. The wrap-around covers are so special, I use them a lot, they kind of complete the journal for me. Allow a bit more of a flap than I did - I was limited by the design on the cover, a bit more would have been better. Thanks for watching and for your kind comment! 💙💛

What a fab cover 😁💖... Its always fun starting a new journal, my new one is under construction right now too. I'm hoping to do a video very soon as I've done some different pages in it this time... I'm very eager to get going in it 😄😄🌼

Thanks Fran, I love it so much, it feels so satisfying in the hand. The canvas was painted well before I did YT, so no, sorry, there isn't a video for it. I think I will paint another chunk of canvas ready for future journals, so I will record it as I work. Great idea, Fran, thanks! 💙💛
