Hello Drew! I love your videos! It's so impressive that you've went to 197 countries. I've almost watched all your videos. I love your enthusiasim about visiting new countries and wanting to learn the culture there. I know that you've went to Turkey a few times. As a Turkish American, I want to inform you in some things about Turkey. First of all, nobody in Turkey says "Sukran". If you want to say "Thank you" to someone in Turkey, the most basic way to say "Thank you" is to say "Tesekkurler" or "Sagol". "Tesukkurler" is pronounced Tesh-ek-kur-ler. "Sagol" is pronounced Sa-ol. Second of all, there is no cilantro in Durum. There is always parsley. I think you mixed those two up. It's important to say the right one though. Third of all, there is no honey in/on Turkish Baklava. There is honey in/on Greek Baklava. Turkish Baklava is made from a sweet syrup while Greek Baklava is made from honey. Fourth of all, when you wrote "Marshallah" on the screen, you wrote it wrong. It's written "Mashallah". When a person says "Mashallah" to you, they wish you good luck and for nothing to harm you. Hope my information/advice about Turkish Culture/Language helps you out in Turkey! Have fun in Turkey!
