- This wild blackberry crumble never fails to bring joy on a summer's evening!
Blackberry mixture: blackberries, sugar and vanilla extract (quantity to taste)
Crumble mixture: 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3/4 cups of caster sugar, 3/4 cups of brown sugar and 1 cup of refrigerated butter (combine in bowl and take care to not over mix)
Once assembled, bake in pre-heated oven at 180 (fan) until golden brown (roughly 45 minutes).
Enjoy with some custard or vanilla ice cream!
