I just got back from Georgia & the Caucasus region. I fell in love with Georgian food especially the vegies and chicken recipes- all hard to pronounce 😂. I miss the dishes so let's hope I can make this.

Actually you didn’t do it the correct way. The most important when it comes to eggplant you have to fry it on the pan till the eggplant’s blackened. Almost burn it, it tastes amazing after sometime.

Interesting, after many years spent in Georgia and eating these all over the place, not once have I seen the eggplant blackened :)
