But it's worth EVERY Penny! No other fish compares, It's virtually impossible to ruin it. Once you've had Chilean Sea Bass, all other fish tastes like canned dollar store tuna, that's sat on the shelf for a few months 😮😅😅😅
That’s insanity. I could never pay 30$ a pound for fish.
They sell Snapper plate for $5.99/lbs and it is delicious. The best I think is the Barramundi Sea Bass. On sale, it’s like $15 for 2 pounds.

When you buy them at the Fish mongers these chilean sea bass 🐟with it's beautiful white fish meat ; are they reasonable in price or are they quite pricy ; because they look so 😋 delectably delicious and thick enough to look like the Ocean's steak 🤗👁️🗨️💬 and i must say that i already can taste this delicious looking sea bass recepie 🤭👌. You're burning that butter by the time the fish is done. You have to use clarified butter or a high smoke point oil.
Does the oil keep the butter from burning?
Sea bass is my favorite fish in the world. I have a nickname for it "meat butter"😂. Going to be trying your recipe tonight with the wife with broccolinium mashed potatoes. Looks amazing. My mouth is water and just thinking about it.

Don’t use oil and butter. Wife couldn’t eat it and that’s after cooking it another 10 minutes. Should have read the until done question.
