I feel like most of your anxiety videos are geared toward GAD, which treatment differs than SAD. It's hard to find quality information on the treatment options for SAD. Thanks!

What is the relationship between 5HT1a in the pathology of depression and was that the reason that this is the target of these agents ?
Interesting. I believe vortioxetine has 5HT1A agonism as well. But I also believe it's done pretty poorly in trials for GAD. (I've actually never met a psychiatrist who was positive about buspirone. Anecdotal I evidence seems pretty negative!)

Dr. I would like to know what are your experiences with buspirone being added to an SSRI. Does it usually restore 100% of sexual desire and what dose do you usually use?
Can you please make a video of the medications who are actually sucses full in the treatment of GAD. Me personally go to switch to escitalopram to swap buspirone and lorazepam with a taper. Hopefully this is sucsesfull as it is crippling my life.
