That was a blue Jay trying to wake you up. Wow! What a set up you have. Looks like you had a great time.😊

Thanks! Yes, it's especially nice to go in the winter because there's practically nobody there except the Blue Jays ☺️

Hi Kyle - I never even considered having a frivolous things like a couch while camping, but it turns out it is pretty nice to be able to lounge around like it's my living room 😁

Hi Kim, I have to say that your videos are more appealing each one I watch. The video moment with the Blue Jays 👍. Your meals look tasty 😋 and the ice fishing 🐟, though you didn’t catch anything the cinematography was great as the camera went under the ice👍. Love the drone experience which is always great. Looking forward in your next adventure 🙏

Hi Dave! Thanks again! I really loved the Blue Jays for having brunch with me too! I also really hope to spend more time ice fishing next year because it really did feel peaceful out there. The sun was warm and the air was so clean and clear. I didn't mind that I didn't catch any fish for the experience alone. I wanted to poke my camera under water to see if any fish would be swimming around but it was wishful thinking. On a darker tone, I also wondered what I would see if I fell through the ice!! haha

Great set up. Can I ask- does the woodstove take a while to cool down before you can pack it up? Many thanks!

Are you sure you are doing solo camping, your set-up is huge 😁 Thank you for your video.

You’re right! This tent is ridiculously larger than I thought it would be and can sleep 10 people! (if just cots). I had to get a smaller one for my next video 😊Thanks for watching!!

It was so funny to see you sit in a big... arm chair, inflated I imagine, I wish! At least you had enough space😁 Helinox should redesign their famous chairs 😉

Hehe yes, it’s an inflatable 2 person sofa which I can lounge around on. It’s big enough for me to really sink into and read a book or watch a movie. I haven’t had many chances to use it yet, but it definitely does help fill up some of the space in the tent too and give me some of that glamping feel 😊

Hi Kim, just wondering if Boundless Voyage, titanium camping equipment is good quality stuff. Looking at buying some new equipment, love your videos 👍👍👍

Hi! I haven't had any problems with boundless voyage compared to my friend's snowpeak stuff. I'm sure there are quality differences for the price, but so far I've been happy with mine for camping. Just a note that pan frying anything with titanium is really hard so you'll see me go back to a small cast iron for pan frying hehe

Awesome set up you have Kim 👍👍👍 ,do you summer camp 🏕 and canoe as well, I live 4o minutes away from Algonquin east gate, lm 50 miles from the landing on opeongo lake, love the area l grew up here, great content

Hi Perry, thank you! I do summer camping as well but there's something special about doing it in the winter. The silence is golden when the park is less crowded. I don't own a canoe but I've rented from the local algonquin outfitters once in awhile when I go camping with friends. When I solo camp, I enjoy using my Oru lake single person origami kayak. It must be so nice to live out next to nature and the lakes. You're very luck to have grown up there
