Another great series of workouts! I like the change of pace with the 20 min. vs. the 30 min workouts. I find myself working pretty hard to try to keep a good pace with the 30 minute vids and sometimes trying to keep something in the tank to make sure I finish. These 20 minute vids I can coax myself to push more reps into each movement and end up as tired if not more tired than if I did a 30 minute training. Great stuff!
Glad you enjoyed, yeah the 30 minutes can be tough to maintain a high pace for sure ... I've found doing the 20 minute workout is nice and if I still feel like I need more I've done a 2nd round. Appreciate the feedback though, hope all is well.

Awesome videos. I like that u have different length, so that i can use it as modulets in my workout. I usually start with a 20 min weight training session and then a 20 min jiu jutsu flow video on mats. Its great that u finish with some abs and breathing exercises. Great job.
You all prolly dont give a damn but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot the password. I would love any tips you can offer me

Brother that was good stuff! I extended the workout by 2 minutes and added the yes-no-maybe-I-don't-know neck exercises. I just gotta say since I've been doing those, my neck pain has all but disappeared - which is awesome! Thanks brother - keep 'em coming! P.S. - Is it bad that I'm missing the burpees?

I loved this! It was fun and the moves are perfect. Even tho I don't do Jiu Jitsu yet, this workout is great for flexibility.

Those neck workouts are crucial. Haha well you could join me on my 300/day burpee challenge I'm doing this month if June 💪🏼
