I imagine him at court for his home invasion, telling the judge "it wasnt really even a home invasion, the people like...umm just left their door open, so i went in and just borrowed a few things. So the cops came, and they even said 'oh we know you werent robbing them, but we just gotta take you in...ya know, its procedure'! "😂😂😂 Poor guy! His whole life is a big misunderstanding!

Most inmates simply do not want to receive biased judgement. Wearing the suit creates a huge bias. He tried taking it off right outside the hearing room. It is not like he was trying to misile them. After all, his jacket (dossier) is available to each Parole Board Member so it was most likely just last minute nervousness, not wanting them to stare at that yellow, not getting their minds off that stupid letter.

He's a career liar and thief. He will never grasp it. He's a narcissist so he will never take the blame for anything he ever does. Max him out. It's been over 14 years and he still doesn't understand it. He's unfixable. He's institutionalized so it wouldn't be long before he commits another crime. That's all he knows.

He apparently doesn't know no better evidently, but his hopes were dashed out quick when he got out, gauranteed. Most folks when convicted for the first time and thus newly criminalized - almost always have wishful thinking and high hopes when they get released - hopes that theyll get provided see a good job as soon as they mexico. They don't yet realize, that being crimanlized/ forced into a criminal oifesy - with a criminal record that forces folks into a life of crime , By making it all but impossible for them to get a slave job that pays a decent living. They don't yet realize that the biger Is going to prevent them from earning a decent living.
Of course those hopes are dashed out quick , and this they learn the hard way - that they wont be allowed to earn a actual legal living , ever again . Im sure he has already learned the hard way, first hand - that he will never get a job that pays a decent living ever again. Courtesy of criminal laws of the "CRIMINAL" (in)justice system, and those who force them ont make

I think he will be ok. He probably has ADHD. I kind of understand why he was stealing and boosting but the sentence was long enough and he is old enough that he knows better. Stealing will get you killed in prison so I would assume he is more disciplined now. I hope he gets a psychological evaluation soon though so he can adapt to meds prior to release. He seems quite harmless to me. Stealing is something that can change. He is not a psychopath.

I married, had my children there for. 20 years & due to health reasons we moved back to FL. It was the best move I ever made! My 3 younger children grew up away from the crime that had invaded the regular/safe middle class neighborhoods due to poor taxpayer funding of LEO, low sentencing for crimes, no real LEO support & liberal laws! The house we owned in Bridgeport was on a nice Street, family neighborhood when my children were youngand although just 1300 sq ft, is ‘worth’ 350k, with the taxes $900 mo,(are the highest in the State & considering the corruption & the voting in of the SAME political party over & over that spends $ on ‘woke’ not sustainable programs makes me glad I moved when I did! I can say my two older children were beginning to be exposed to the criminal element that changed a family, beautiful neighborhood into a place, that two blocks away you wouldn’t walk during the day never mind at night, due to lib policies & light sentences for juveniles & crimes! He should have gotten 20 years for his criminal history & it’s obvious he will continue that life once he gets out!

A lot of people outside of CT think that it's a very wealthy state....well....that might be for all of the bankers close to NY city around Stamford and Greenwich, but for much of the central and southwest part of the state (eastern CT is nice...real woodsy)....many of these old mill towns have become ghetto magnets. This guy is from NY though. What is so funny are the questions that the parole board poses.....why are you wearing a yellow jump suit? You mean you've never worked before? I like it where this guy says he somehow blew through over $400,000 in a brief amount of time, but he never worked. One lady said something to the effect that: "Did you ever consider working rather than doing home invasions?" The look on the guy's face is priceless after that!

_EtA: Oh, wow...did they not know about him taking off his jumpsuit prior to the hearing?_
What a great way to illustrate that even in *this very moment* , he continues to approach life by trying to game and manipulate all systems and boundaries, and to achieve and misappropriate things that don't belong to him - including a higher esteem or regard from others than is actually owing according to reality. And all this accomplished before he even steps foot into his hearing.
I'm trying to wager with myself what the chances are that he's going to claim that he didn't know there was a rule that he had to keep his high-visibility jumpsuit on, that he was too hot, or that some staff member or other inmate told him it was ok.
I know it's likely not allowed, but if I'd been a Board member, as soon as the hearing began I would have been very tempted to say, "Ohhhh-ho- _HO....!_ No, sir, Mister. You turn yourself _RIGHT_ back around and march *right* back out that door. And we don't want to see you before us again until you've proven that you will follow the rules and can show some common sense and respect for the importance of this process. Until then, you're grounded. No talking-back, no rolling your eyes, and don't you dare slam that door. _You little punk_ .
