I see it as a rule. Once you leave and become an X. Then there’s a reason for that. It just wasn’t meant to be. I do believe in second chances. But if I already moved on then it’s definitely no turning back to my X. I’m loyal to the person I’m with now.
Great video, Coach Kera! I like how you brought up self love. When a person has high self love, this topic wouldn't be a hard challenge and their vision is clear, but when the self love is shakey or non-existent, that is when it gets hard and deluded. You're also so right about that ex knowing that you're silly putty for them. It's imperative to do the self work and raise one's self respect. Again, wonderful video!
