Ok, one year has passed and I was getting a few painless warning buzzes and added alpha lipoic acid and turmeric curcumin and haven't had any since. I had to quit them for a week and had a melanoma taken off my face on the TN side and still no TN pain.

Myelin repair is the end goal but the CNS needs to have the scaring gone first. NervGen is in trails at the moment to target CNS scaring. The hypothesis is once scaring is removed the patient's own myelin will return. My thought is the patient then should do all to boost myelin and avoid any activities that would invite scaring to return such as digesting gluten and the like.
