The guys in the Man at Arms shop team up for this Orc challenge sword build! Let us know in the comments who you think is our winner!!
تستطيع فعل ذلك 👍
@@artx9032 apparently, but I believe they missed your original message
Request: Sword of Fiery Cataclysm, Kaijudo.
Request: Calabrass, Zak Storm.
Request: Rayla's Blades, The Dragon Prince.
The older team has my vote. I absolutely love the design of the blade and the handguard, the finish, and especially how vicious it looks. All of the design choices fit the purpose of being an orc's weapon nicely and the sword just begs to be bathed in man's blood! Such a great job!
I was thinking the same thing
I have to agree 💯
i agree when it comes to orc blades cruelty is the name of the game and every inch of the sword needs to be deadly in some way to inflict maximum pain and those old guys knew exactly how to make it cruel.
same
I agree.
Glad to hear the Forge again. I missed the sound of hammers smashing on anvils
We are planning some live streams as well!
@@AweMe can you try to make Sam Wilson's MCU shield/taskmaster's shield out of titanium?
The old timers definetly. It looks like an orc sword, while the young guys looks like any old cutlass used by pirates or a curved falshion used by medieval brigands and raiders
I think it was the D-Guard that brought it down.
Exactly!
yea b4 they added that it did look like something an Orc might make.@@isaacgraff8288
One looks like it belongs to a mildly evil pirate, the other looks like it belongs too an Orc. This is a no brainer the older team did better by far.
Agreed, Kevin & Paul’s looks like an orcish blade while Gari & Andrew’s looks like a Southron’s (Haradrim, the oliphaunt riders)
The OGs won this hands down. There truly captures the essence of an orc sword made in Mordor or one made for the Uruk Hai at Isengard. Job well done by both teams.
I would go for the more Orc look by the older team. The D guard on the other just made me think of an ominous pirate lord.
I really like the blade that the older team made, they have my vote.
the older guys have my vote but thats just me
the top one on the stand, the blade's very metal looks Mordorian in nature
Yea the other one looks like a crude version of a pirate sword.
Older team gets my vote! Love the blade shape.
Absolutely easy choice old school for the Win 🏆
It's more Wicked and the Skills to multi grind the different edges. Well done on both teams amazing craftsmanship
Cheers 🍻
Old school BKS Collector ⚔️🙏⚔️
Reading the title I thought it was going to be you guys smelting rings, and then ten minutes into the video I remembered that "Rings of Power" was a series that came out fairly recently XD
As far as sword preference, Gari and Andrew made a good mean-looking sword that could practically be made of a giant chunk of salvaged scrap, but Kevin and Paul got what feels more like a commander's blade with how much raw functionality and character they fit into the thing while keeping it intimidating without ridiculousness. I can imagine orc armies armed with Team G&A's sword design while the champions and leaders are granted Team K&P's design for outstanding prowess.
Y'know, the thing I love about this whole presentation the most is the notion of a BKS commercial. We live in wondrous times, my friends. Oh, and I love Kevin & Paul's solution; it's very Uruk Hai art!
This was a great contest. It's a tough choice because both blades look amazing. However, I will give the EDGE to the Chicken Saw Orc Blade. The shape on that thing is terrifyingly brutal, perfect for a war hungered orc.
For seeing the Orc swords being forged, they bring the fine beauty of their own creation and breathing into life of the weapons they have brought in your own world.
And for the people of the Man In Arms, one would to inspect that they have the mighty smith of Dwarven Blood for being the master artist for bringing in their own greatest craftsmanship.
What if Elsa had a sword? Create a sword for Elsa.
I like the sword that the veterans made! 💯👍🙂
You guys need to do All Black The Necrosword! That would be sick!
I would like to see you guys make the Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown.
That would be intricate for sure.
I absolutely love how you guys started from the basis of a Macieowski bible falchion. Don't see too many of those in the wild...
Man at Arms try not to disappear for months on end every year challenge: Level Impossible
They are beautiful to see what youall ❤ did to them
Young fellas made a damn fine pirate cutlass.
Gotta give my vote to the youngin's, they surprised me at the end with their final touches. Both teams did great, and it was really, REALLY close, in my opinion. But the younger guys have my vote
It's so cool how these two weapons, forged by different teams look like they're meant to be used in tandem!
Gonna have to give it to Kevin and Paul here
Their Blade looks more Orcish
Without a doubt, this is my favorite video y’all have made. The team challenge aspect really worked great. Both swords were awesome, I liked the fantasy design of Paul and Kevin, but Andrew and Gari’s looked like one I’d rather use. I’d cast my vote for Gari and Andrew.
The vets take this one in my opinion. Love the multiple utilities of the blade alone. Design is chefs kiss.
Younger team has my vote I may love some handle spikes but that tooth backed tip is something else
Definitely liked the “chicken” knife😂… great job to both teams
I think Paul & Kevin nailed it as far as an Orc weapon is concerned!!
Both teams did a great job ❤ well done guys 👏👏👏👏
Gonna have to give it to the old guys on this one. Their sword definitely looks like something an orc veteran of the War of Wrath would have kept hidden away, waiting for the day the orcs rose again.
But, fair credit to the younger guys, too. They also did an excellent job, it just, as many others have said, looks too much like an oversized cutlass to really get where you were going for with this challenge.
I love the work you do, and I would love for you to make the Mazinkaiser Skl sword, it would be incredible, I send you a warm greeting and a huge hug, greetings from Mexico
My vote for the ol'team. Does looks like like an orc blade. Young team is very nice, love it but looks more like an easterlings blade.
Older team for sure, love the more jagged look it has. Screams more Orc to me
Awesome craftsmanship
I vote the team of Kevin and Paul. It looks vicious and ready for a fight. Both blades are beautiful pieces of work.
"May your heart be your guiding key."
As much as I love the knuckle duster, I'm gonna have to give it to the "Chicken Foot" sword. It just looks more Orc-ish to me!
Yall should really do the inverted spear of heaven, it should be a Great dagger for you guys for combing different skills
Andrew & Gari ⚔️🔥⚔️
My vote goes to Kevin and Paul´s orc blade. The multi purpose design of the blade and the split guard design really looks like a orcish weapon.
Love the work you guys do, makes me want to get into it. I would Love to See Oblivion's Sunfang/Duskfang
The young team killed it
I’d LOVE to see the Space Sword or Silence Glavie from Sailor Moon!
BLADE OF OLYMPUS PLEASE!!!
I didn’t realize you guys were back in action. I unsubscribed some years ago when it all stopped for that extended period.
Here’s hoping for the sword from Blue Eye Samurai.
Love this new format and the quality of the picture is over the top.
Can you please do an "adventurer starting equipment" challenge?
Something everyone in the shop can add their skills to.
Like, a basic, but functional weapon (or a few weapons, like, maybe a sword, an axe and a dagger), some armor elements, that are funcional, but would still allow for a good range of movement while being relativelly low cost, so great for someone new to adventuring without the more extensive funds, some equipment, etc.
I'd just find it interesting to see, what you guys would come up with, what everyone would contribute.
You could also make them more elaborate, with more decorations and such, if you wish.
The only things I'd like to see is a Man at Arms original, of what you think an adventurer should have as Equipment, that everyone in the shop contributes to the making.
I love that idea!
it has been months and forging blades takes time respect the process 😊🗡️👍🔥⚒️
They make upwards of 100 swords a week for renaissance festivals!!
Both are wyckedly awesome in design and purpose. Nicely done from a re enactor.
The older team's sword for me!
The fact that this sword not only stabs and slashes like a falchion but also hacks like an axe.
really cool to see how far your cinematography has come, the footage of the forging looks terrific, can't be trivial to film in those types of lighting conditions. And who doesn't like a bit of friendly competition? I feel like the old guard probably has it this time. Although I do love the finish on the quasi-cutlass.
They’re both great, but the sword Paul and Kevin made edges it out for me. The brutal look of it, and all of those different striking points, it just screams “orc” to me
The older team looks more what people would think of, but honestly, orcs would have simple to make since they'd make a lot, very practical and rough finished for that intimidation, which in the younger team, it's just more practical
Both swords look incredible, but I'd have to go with the veterans on this one.
I love them both, but if I had to enter battle the full D-Guard sword looks like the better weapon for a fight. Looks more balanced, and less likely to harm the wielder.
Dang, this is epic! Really glad to hear the sound of hammer on metal again!
Also, just one thing I was wondering, I think it’d be really cool if you made the mace that Barbatos uses in the anime: Iron Blooded Orphans.
Just a suggestion, though. This stuff right here is still cool!
Love the induction machine 🔥
beautiful sabre
Oh yeah, man at arms is back!!
I love the pro’s Orc sword, it’s so much extra and Edgy-er and it gets 100%
thanks again
I think that both teams made 2 amazing orc swords both of them are really cool 😎👍😃
I would say they both are pretty Orc-y. The older guys did something for an Orc commander and the younger guys a weapon for the foot
I was rewatching Honedge and I was worried you guys had stopped posting. 😊
Both teams did an amazing job but my favorite blade was the Orc pirate cutlass by the younger team
I liked the chicken foot guard, but the other's blade
The old timers. Very unique. Is that coal forge indoors?
I like the one from the old guys. They thought more like orcs, when they created this sword. It realy looks like something a orc smith would creat by thinking "What can I make to have the mist ways to kill/hurt my enemy?" Also a great LotR vibes comeing from this one too. 👍
The scimitar sword gets my vote.
That's what Talent is 👌❤️
As a movie actor myself, I'd want to vote for the older guys blade. That kind of look is exactly the kind of flair I'd want my character to have. But as a HEMA swordsman that trained in sabre fighting, I'm going to have to vote for the younger guys. In a fight, I wouldn't want anything with excessive spikes on it that could catch on clothing or armor or flesh. One good slash, and that thing is hooked and will come out of my hand before it comes out of anything I slash. Give me the scimitar any day. Curved blade good for group fighting, since you don't want to waste movement with thrusts when fighting multiple opponents, even with the serrated false-edge. Plus the D-guard to protect the hand. Love it.
There's this awesome looking Souls-like game called "Lies of P". There are also AWESOME looking wepons that i wanna see created in real life!! Can you do that???
Sick!!! 🔥🔥🔥
You guys should do the geherman scythe
Team old guys for sure, meaner and more original blade!
Kinda want to see you guys build a Catachan Devil Knife from 40k
Gotta go with the yunguns!
They both look like they could on the set of Rings of Power.
So, both blades were awesome. The younger teams blade looked like an orc pirate's cutlass, which i thought was a cool idea. Now The guard and pommel on the older team sword are kickass, and there blade geometry looks more orcish. So the win go's to the old men on this one.
I vote for the veterans sword. Love the design and looks more like it comes from LOTR universe.
The old boys got it for sure
I think both of them looks like something the orcs would use gladly, but the youngsters made is too nice, too elegant, it's more like the orcs stole it from some fancy person and just touched it up a little bit. The older team nailed the bloodthirst and the maxing out of possible damage and suffering these creatures would enjoy so much, they have my vote. All in all I think Sauron would have enjoyed this video very much, him being a smith and all..... Excellent work, lovely content.
Young bloods!
Jaster Rogue: Desert Seeker (Rogue Galaxy)
Riku: Keyblade Way to Dawn (kingdom hearts 2)
Dai: Dai's Sword (Dragon Quest Dai no Daibouken)
Jin sakai: Sakai Sword (Ghost of Tsushima)
if you can't make everyone on the list just do one or two on the list. I thank you and your team very much I wish you much success and great achievements
There is a hidden gem of a blade within all of the '80's sword and sorcery ficks. Dar's sword from The Beastmaster!
You guys should definitely make Lady Sif's sword and shield combo for a future man at arms build.
Gotta give my vote to the old guys. Both swords look amazing, dont get me wrong, but the multifunction of their blade, and the overall proportions make it the winner in my book.
they look like something orc pirates would use
So probably won’t see this but a forge of Excalibur from the dreamworks show trollhunters would be pretty sick
I would vote for the young guns. I like the brutal function of the guard better
Closer quarters combat...... pirate Cutlass
The best, or only good thing, to come out of the Rings of Power fanfic.
From my perspective I would say chicken-foot D guard is the weapon that looks more like an orc blade to me
I would love to see you guys forging Thorfinn's daggers. You always do an awesome job with every blade you make, I think the result would be great
It's apples and oranges. They're both great weapons!
Death the Wolf's twin sickles/double-edged glaive.
More curved swords! they look amazing and this channel is DOMINATED by straight swords!!
