Yes, it is absolutely much cheaper and honestly recommended to purchase parts and build a PC yourself. The prices are including the costs of building it for you and the availability of certain parts. By all means, even Apex recommends building your own.
If you don't know much about PCs or building, these are here for you to customize yourself. The prices are high but if you can afford it, you save yourself the trouble and worry of self-assembly. Also you support yours truly, and I love you for it :)

@@wilberthchavarria2248 void means an absence of something. In Subnautica's case, this Void is a void of general ecosystems save for two types of life forms: Plankton and Leviathan Class. It is also incredibly deep that light cannot penetrate the water so ONLY those two lifeforms can survive. No plants, corals, or smaller life forms can survive as there is little to no food save for microscopic but plentiful plankton and the massive and territorial leviathans that feed on the plankton and fight for territory.

It was changed so the skull would be the right size but now the body is a LITTLE bit to big

Subnautica is slowly converting into Lovecraftian Mythos.
Always has been, really. The PDA in-game, not modded, states the creature to be at least 1100 meters long, but more likely 1500 meters. That's higher than any man-made building possibly could be. That's big enough to be an actual island.

The lore of this is that the Gargantuan Leviathan was sleeping soundly in the void in order to conserve it's energy, but the Aurora's explosion made it wake up.
Imagine you think you hit the sea ground level, walk there for a long time, but than you realize it's a living creature

What scares me the most is the fact that the areas we play in both games are small areas of raised sea bed so for all we know there could be leviathans that are so big that they can’t go in the playable areas it is even possible that there are leviathans that could eat the Titan leviathan whole

When there's a creature so massive it makes you call an Adult Ghost Leviathan, which is 2x longer than a Reaper, tiny.
Yea.....everything is tiny in comparison to THAT, at that point the aurora could be considered a normal ship compared to this BEAST

It's about damn time.
One thing that has always sort of bothered me about Subnautica is the skewed field-of-view and sense of proportions; as in, creatures never really tend to look as big as they actually are. Personally I feel like having the option for a third-person camera (in-game, not in the debug menu) could've fixed this issue.
Given the size of the Gargantuan Leviathan's skull alone, it should be the size of Jormungandr from God of War. But to me, it never had that truly awe-inspiring sense of scale. And this update finally starts to make it feel like the Elder God that it should be.

I was expecting the Gargantuan Leviathan to just rear up out of the water and have a nice floaty snack full of iron and IGP.
At least he’s honest about spawning items, I can really respect that and I think it makes up for it. He could easily say he cut out the trek back up for our sake and just spawn it anyway but no. He’s honest lol

It's actually not as bad as you'd think. Idk if it's just my headphones are old, but it sounds kinda quiet, and a little disappointing.

That mod where you can grab materials right from the list on screen is actually really helpful. Can’t remember the number of times I’ve been playing a survival game and thought ‘I know I have ‘insert item’ but I just don’t remember where I put it!’
I saw this and was freaking out watching one of the funniest and most scared of subnautica RUclipsr the one the only IGP

I would love a game on that one atlas sub they teased that is like 5 players, kinda like barotrauma but like I'd love if they would make a somewhat realistic eco system where the big massive creatures could feasibly exist.

I think the gargantuan leviathan stuff would've been cooler if it had actually been smaller. It kinda ruined it when it starts going through the boat and the skybox. Seeing the tentacles and tail go in and out of the sea still made me spook myself though.
I always thought it would be cool if there was some precursor thing at the bottom of the void that you needed the atlas sub to get to and that was where the garg would spawn

Also, just wanna point out that I don't mean that as a critique against the incredible folks that put this game and the mods together. They have all my respect and more! I just think it'd be cool to have a game experience like this be seamless. Basically, the maximum amount of immersion.

Man, before that there was rarely a show that shows absolutely massive scale monsters, of course there is power ranger and Ultraman but those things rarely give a good grasp of scale and it is on land. Maybe Godzilla is the only other thing that reminds me of this massive scale

I've completed both games, and I think they should add this game and maybe more. Like a different storyline.
It would be sweet if a leviathan like this created title waves as it submerged and breached the surface of the water. I always thought this game would be more terrifying if it had water physics like stranded deep. The depth of the ocean on stranded deep felt way more intense because of the surface.
I am OFFICIALLY scared of the Gargantuan leviathan and of playing that game!
I’ve been terrified of the basic leviathan which has me watching videos of game play and walkthroughs if this thing were real I’d of died from either shock/fear or a heart attack
What’s even more insane is the fact gargs don’t stop growing until they die, so this monster, as long as it has a big enough place to live and enough food, it can get bigger
